hi all .Lady Gray can you post the list of the saturn contents here or find out what they were.sgtSmiths vehicle was seen at the saturn AT LEAST 15 MINUTES before the Westmans called in to 911.mrsWestman styed on the phone with 911 until sgtSmith arrived.mrAtwood did not have to stop to help the saturn driver. Was he being a good guy, i like to think so.Backing a schoolbus onto a roadway would give the driver a big dose of unemployment in every state. When facing mr Atwwods house from the road was the bus on the left or the right side of the driveway.Mauras prior life is, without doubt important as is the mileage on the saturn at her last oil change.Who removed the stickers for registration and oilchange from the saturn windshield but left Mauras student I.D sticker. There is a memory in the car that shows how many times the car is started after a near deployment or deployment of the airbagS.hopefully it just shows the one start from mrMurray and Billy.Where did Maura get the bag of cans that she was seen with in Amherst . did she drink them. did she empty the recycle bin at Kennedy Hall.take care philip

Complaints made to the Attorney General? Lawsuits? Like one filed in New Hampshire against the NH AG and SP a few years ago? Those kinds of lawsuits are okay? Or not okay? Especially when LE, too, knows they are doing the right thing? Civil actions often do not even involve money. The various offices and agencies of local, state, and federal governments frequently initiate lawsuits simply to restrict inappropriate behavior or rectify a problem. If your stress threshold is low, you should not expose yourself to more stress than you can safely handle and then turn around and complain about it. If you can't stand the heat then either get out of the kitchen or, if you still want to stay, don't complain about the heat all the time.

I for one have met Helena! Must admit amazing woman! When Helena was running MMM I think she did all she could to do the right by all! When she was sick not sure that was case! I personally would have liked to see someone take it over for Helena but that didn't happen. I personally and happy to see her enjoying her family and recovering as she should have. Wowzer wrote: <quoted text> And I would imagine if someone knew the wrong thing was being done then it would cause double the amount of stress which could be the true reason why the old forum was shut down. Not to say that Helena's illness had nothing to do with it but I think this also played a big part as well.

Even people on the jury go see the place of the crime! WTF wrote: <quoted text> I strongly agree with this statement. I have always felt that I would have as much confidence in an accident reconstructionist that would make a determination by photos only as I would a doctor who would diagnose someone by photos only. Doesn’t give me a lot of confidence. But maybe that is just me. Bill

Like I said, I've yet to meet a dog I didn't genuinely like. Can't say that about people though, especially a few on this forum.

Hey Whiston can you post that link please you have. I need to look at notes to answer your question I think the Chief Williams does state the order in the interview with him. whiston wrote: hi all .can someone pinpoint where sgt Smith was when mr Atwood went to look for thr saturn driver.did mr Atwood leave and return before sgtSmith spoke to him at the bus.did they meet in mrAtwoods driveway and leave together in opposite directions.did sgt Smith leave and return before ems and fd arrived.did sgtSmith leave and come back after ems and fd had arrived and where was Monahan in all of this.can someone put this in some kind of order, timewise.White Wash i am working on a link from the Gary Lindsley article that states tha Kathleen called mrMurray from Mauras' apartment to let him know Maura was missing.i still dont' know why mrMurray had to 'drive through the night' to get to woodsville.at 60 mph from brigeport ct to woodsville nh is 4 hours.what am i missing here.please no duckcousins need to respond to this post it is clouding the goal.take care philip

Why would two people do that? Anne, I posted this twice to insert the quote where it belonged. Otherwise it all ran together. Thanks for asking!

White Wash wrote: Why don't you just post the inventory for us all to see cause I personally find these terms interesting sports bras for running and regular bras were both found, but not drawers? Interesting terms for cops? Drawers? <quoted text> *I* was not using exact terminology.*I* was saying drawers. Because, as a personal pet peeve, I dislike the word "panties". Big freakin deal. I was paraphrasing someone else's post.

White Wash wrote: Kind of interested in how many guys here know what a sports bra looks like? Would you say bra and underwear, panties? How many men say drawers? Just wondering. Probably most people, regardless of gender, can tell a sports bra from a regular bra. Who cares how many men say "drawers"? I usually say "underwear" but you jumped on the person who used that exact term because it wasn't specific enough for top/bottom for you. And now this? This is ridiculous. What are you trying to prove with this post and this line of questioning? The question was asked--what was and wasn't found--and answered--sports bras and regular bras were, the undergarment that covers your ass was not, whatever one chooses to call it. Satisfied?

Lady Gray wrote: Actually, I need to clarify what I just posted. In Maura's luggage, were bra's for jogging and for everyday wear. Panties were not on the inventory. Posted Friday, 24 Oct. It's the next post of hers after the "unclear" comment about "underwear." Lady Grey posted, then a one-line short post asking for an update on the case, then Lady Grey posted the above. I have not reviewed the inventory list recently (when I did review it, it was online) nor do I need to, since what I was doing was clarifying Lady Grey's statement, not stating my own opinion. However, I do trust Lady Grey's opinions and her statements of fact, as she has never said anything that has caused me to breach my trust in her ability or desire to tell the truth.
