But the Sheriff's Log seemed to have a section cut out that might, only might, have dealt with something going on in the time between CS's snowmobile citation and the Westman's call. Ouiija, I certainly would like to be a 'mouse in the corner' to hear what went on in the cut out section. Since I inadvertantly put on the MMM site what was said on the scanner that night in 2004, not one person has come forward to say what they heard on their scanners...I gurantee there were at least several hundred listening, including SBD with one on his bus and one on his porch. It was a very busy somewhat confusing, 45 minutes (approx.) of 'chatter'. WTF.Bill, I am glad that LG gave the dimensions of Mauras backpack. It is important to stay as accurate as possible. Sophie Bean, I do not believe the WTF on here vs

Sophie Bean,,I forget you can only say so much (yeah right!!!) anyway vs. another forum whom does not write in the same style as WTF here... It is tiring to read how some feel that locals are attacked especially since the ATTACKS HAVE BOMBARDED this forum against very involved, compassionate and sensitive people from the Maura Murray Forum! I'll play Scrabble with you anytime, it is my favorite game.

There really seemed to be something happening that night beyond what the public's been told. I agree Atwood heard too and I think he was "following" what was happening. I can't believe no-one else has come forward publicly or posted, "Me too --- I heard it." I think this is like an iceberg --- 90% of the story is not being released. Thanks for posting this time and always. Quija

CS cleared the snowmobile (warnings/citations scene 6:25PM This timing is in the Dispatch Log. It was written here by a local, that CS was seen on Rte 10 after that. It is 2 miles on Rte 10, from Petticoat (snowmobile site) to Hospital Dr/Swiftwater Rd (by hospital PI has a witness who saw CS vehicle enroute AND "nose to nose" with vehicle ..BEFORE ....FW's call at 7:27P. LOG: CS arrives 7:46PM. Top this inconsistency off with information that another local towing business, Northland, was the one to be called, that week. In other words, it was "their turn". And, it was written that Northland was there...? and....Lavoie's was called by mistake..? Since Northland wasn't mentioned in the Log. When were they called..? When did they arrive/clear...? I couldn't find timing or that Lavoie's was called/arrived/cleared. (a vague reference to "Lavoies...sometime before/after..noted on accident report) I don't know why the sloppy cut/paste...why isn't the 7PM call..."left in private vehicle" noted. Anne didn't dream up this call. Anne wrote of this call at the beginning of the first MMM forum. She told of being concerned about a female friend who had recently moved to that area. c o convoluted e r u p

One of the many things that I have thought during these past years, is the lack of discussion/info about CW/RF....We have written about it somewhat, but not to the extent of SBD/JM/FW. I doubt it is because he us one of the "big guys" or the "upper crust". Guess he was not one of cooperative neighbors.

All but one of the neighbors was cooperative and helpful during the search of 2006. Only one refused to have their property searched. It was not SBD WESTMANS or MARROTTES. Most of the neighbors wanted to help.

Just in case any one is wondering, Sophie Bean is NOT related to the Kenney family. There is some confusion. Is there a woman, who is married to the Kenney family, who had a sister who very briefly posted on the MMM forum? Yes. But it isn't Sophie Bean. And, I personally know this. First hand. Not trying to start an argument. Not trying to control a forum. Just trying to clarify a misunderstanding. It happens.

The first accident has zero record! Zero time frame actually proven that could occur? That accident? The accident only one person has heard? How about the fact people will testify to see CS at other times? Making this accident impossible? Why is you keep bringing up things totally proven not possible of happening? elsewherebriefly wrote: <quoted text> Maybe it was the first accident call heard over the scanner re: woman left in a private vehicle?

I feel really sad when I log on and see that time and energy, that could be more productive, is counterproductive. There are a lot of times when I am unable to add anything to the topic to clarify or add to the discussion. However, in this instance, I saw that there was a misunderstanding/ miscommunication and, I have to admit, I was hesitant to say anything because, well, you know.......... BUT, I also can't sit back and not contribute when I am able to do so with 100% certainty.

Not in the log because it all a BIG COVER UP! Maybe cause what's missing from Grafton really is the HANOVER'S LOG perhaps? Did that ever remotely cross your mind? Yet again a detail you SIMPLY REFUSE to look for INFORMATION! Hanover Covers for Grafton! But you check all the facts so KNEW THAT! Cover up only happen when people like you REFUSE TO UNCOVER FACTS! Ever cross your simply mind to read the Court papers? Now why would FRED be suing Hanover for it's logs? HUM? Oh never mind BIG COVER UP of what seriously what is you THINK PEOPLE ARE COVERING UP HERE? Seriously what PROOF to have to SAY such CRAP? There is all kinds of PROOF that lead to the fact that GIRL had another accident and left? Seriously what proof are you giving of a cover up? None but you continue to stand YOUR SOAP BOX yippying about NOTHING ABOUT MAURA. Guess what we KNOW WHERE MAURA was but why she DECIDED NOT TO WAIT AT HER CAR only she knows or maybe the guy in the Red Truck from MA will come forward one day! These are facts Shack what facts do you have of a COVER UP? Shack wrote: ...I'll try again... xxxC xxxO convoluted xxxE xxxR xxxU xxxP

You people are FAMOUS for dragging families into this FORUM when they have ZERO to do with Maura! "I feel" "I think" "Are you so and so?" Remember that Shack how you spun my Father's own death into MMM which what was your angle oh yes the TOWN was covering that up to! When what was the FACTS your Aunt couldn't accept the details and picked her own way of communicating that information which you SPUN as FACT? You are the first to lift your leg on a spot you marked long ago! Why is that? Who cares if Liko's Aunt is here or not does she have SOMETHING TO OFFER ABOUT MAURA? Odd how anyone who comes to offer information that doesn't FIT the FIT gets chased off the Forum with an ATTACK on the FAMILY. Why would Northland be in the log if they where not taking the rig? Where is the witness? Have they come forward to the police? Where are they time card to prove this? In FEB I want you to go to Cottage Hospital punch out at 7PM! Walk to your cold car! Let it warm up! Then drive to Westmans and take note of the time! Why is you keep bringing up things totally proven not possible of happening? <quoted text> Hi White Wash, Have you been able to get ahold of any additional court papers of any type? Do you think there was no "first accident", or that it involved someone else? Or was in a neighboring county? We have input that ranges from eye and ear witnesses to Weeper's group's consensus opinion and onward down to speculation all over the map (me). What are you thinking CS was doing from 6:25 to 7:00PM or so? Just patrolling? How do you think the Saturn got the front end damage? Any ideas where? Or when? "It was said" that Maura would not have been able to drive the Saturn very far with the towel in the tailpipe, but what if she was driving with just the front-end damage (no towel), the crack in the windshield, and the airbags having deployed at some earlier time? Could someone have gotten her a new headlight, had it aligned, and if there were no fluids leaking, I wonder how far she could've gone with that damage? Just wondering out loud. Thanks, Quija
