E.O. yes I was the person with the vision, ironically I see Maura sitting at a store, in the back drop is an old store, Maura is sitting under the lights reading a map or directions under a green old fashion shaded light....Maura did not enter store, but stopped for the light to examine map, there is a man to the right slightly in back of her, he is a lurk, he is staring at Maura through the side mirror, he is smoking, he is alone...wonder if R.O. saw buddy in the red truck smoking? I see him as forty or older...not young Maura looks at the map and she turns right, seconds later the truck pulls out of the store... this is the second vision, the first is much more scary.... No bother for anyone to voice their opinions regarding the validity or non-validity of such things as clairvoyance, ESP, and the whole nine years, first I don't care, and if you are questioning me, then it is obvious you do not have such experiences, and I cannot help you to understand...and be thankful the curse is not yours. The first vision is much more scary, and unfortunately the vision goes blank, black.. as Maura is approached from behind, luckily for me that I am spared seeing what happened, but there is little question in my mind that she meet with foul play... the strange part of the accident which Maura thought she had been knocked off the road, the car is covered with snow, at least out of sight, like in a ditch, and Maura appears out of the car (snow) and walks across an open space...she was not wearing a coat or carrying anything in her hands...no backpack...I can visualize the first man but not the second it is dark.... the first part of the vision is in daylight, which seems strange,as the vision turns to night in a heart beat... The last vision I had was a dream, a nightmare, Maura is screaming help me, her skeletal head is spinning around and around over what appears to be an old camp fire site, in the woods, the trees are in a circluar formation, and a river is close by. There is a small path through the woods that leads to this place, it is on a downward sloop, somewhat steep, i,e, like a pathway down to a river.. there are hills or mountains about, cannot see them from the woods, but before entering the woods. Parts of Maura hair have fallen out, and there is mud on her head, it has faded to reddish blonde, almost the colour of mud. Excuse the graphicness of my vision... let me say the original vision was not at the accident site, close maybe, their are mountains and water about, a stream, and perhaps a small frozen lake or pond, however it could be a field, the car is in the field, Maura is angry saying, you did that on purpose (knocked her car off the road) the person says to follow her he will help her out, and as she walks behind the person to shelter or to call police, she is ambushed from behind...the person in front Maura is part of the ambush.. the location is on flat ground with a hill rising, there is a culvert where the steam or brook flows, it is mountainous about...there is a house on a hill looks like a stockade, there is a large window in the house... well there you have the nonsense that lead me on the road to search for Maura, I read the article in the Newspaper of her disappearance about 5-7 days after the accident, and then had the 1st vision, the second was about a year later, and the nightmare was about three years ago... nothing in the vision is out of wack with what we know.. In the vision Maura is not intoxicated, I can see no liquor, she is not talking in slurred words, she is angry at the man who she thinks caused her to have the accident... Going to work now, can hardly wait to come home to the haggling and slander directed my way...let me say, all the visions that have cursedly and unprovocted or unsolicited my me have ever been in error, confusing yes, wrong no...well not yet..

beach bum wrote: <quoted text> I respect and agree with your statement. LE frequently does not show their hand. But that has *NOT* been the case in this investigation. Please do your research and you'll see exactly what I'm talking about. They have taken tangible, possibly incriminating evidence and thrown it to the side. This is a small-time, bottom-of-the-food-chain LE department filled with nobody's. This isn't the NYPD or the LAPD or the Boston PD. This department isn't filled with skilled detectives who have an extensive background and a plethora of experience in cases like this. We're talking about a county with THREE full-time officers working at the time of the accident. A quarter of a block in most cities would have more than three officers assigned to it. I can see why you'd say that, but that definitely does NOT apply in this case. For starters, they took THIRTY SIX hours to start searching for her. When they realized how badly they screwed that up, they tried to dismiss the case as a runaway/suicide. When all evidence points to that not being remotely close to a realistic scenario (based on what the people CLOSEST to her say, and they know her better than anyone in this forum), they start butting heads with the family. They REFUSED to interview dozens of people who live right next to the scene of the accident. They didn't interview these people because they are not showing their "hand" - they didn't interview them because this particular department is completely inept at handling a serious investigation. They have absolutely no idea what they are doing, and subsequently they have become skilled at trying to cover that ostensible fact up. Concrete evidence supports the fact that LE has been negligent, incompetent, irresponsible and dishonest in every single phase of this investigation, beginning with the 39-hour delay in searching for Maura and continuing to this very day with the mishandling/disappearance of tangible evidence. Please read: http://www.whitmanhansonexpress.com/index.php... http://www.whitmanhansonexpress.com/index.php... http://www.whitmanhansonexpress.com/index.php... www.websleuths.com/forums/showthread.php... i will read further as I said earlier I am new. I'm just interested in adding another opinion.

Well, this darn pc issued a long break from this forum to me!! Now that it's back, Ive been playing catchup. lol. I wish to thank Lvsnh and Bill for clarifying for me what is entailed in being a West Point cadet. Also Lvsnh for posting the weather place for archived weather as now I understand why people think it didn't snow on the day she disappeared. I live in VT and it did snow heavily here and my friend worked in Grafton County town where it also snowed heavily and is the reason she was late getting home to Bradley Hill on that night and the reason we paid attention so closely to the scanner. Snow plows were out and several cars slid off the roads in both states earlier in the day.

Ben, there's no engineering program at my small college. Nurses and education professors I can ask, but not engineering professors--sorry! Point, however, taken.

My query for a photo of the CW goes unanswered, so I can only assume that none who post or lurk here have one or are willing to share. This is my third and final plea to the forum before I leave this forum permanently and search for it myself: For the love of Maura, please, please, please, I'm begging any of you to send a recent photo of the CW to angeldotmikezeroatgmaildotcom . I'm not asking for anyone to camp outside his home or approach him or follow him, this would constitute harrasment. Do you want to help me corroborate facts (which I'll share only with LE or PI's)or do you want to just keep on riding the endless carousel of unsubstantiated theories and continue fighting and bickering amongst yourselves? Stay focused. Do it for Maura.

There was mention that his trailer was searched, someone drove by and saw yellow tape around his trailer, but I cannot substantiate this. Please don't leave for good. You've always been a positive attribute. If you are the same person I think you are I would also like to take a moment to thank you for posting the timeline on Wiki for Maura.

Either you are as pitifully stupid as your comments render you to be or you work in LE in the area yourself. You claim that they searched for her? Yes, they did, THIRTY NINE HOURS AFTER SHE WAS FIRST APPEARED TO BE MISSING YOU MORONIC IMBECILE. How stupid do you look. You also claim that they interviewed the neighbors? THEY NEVER INTERVIEWED THE NEIGHBORS. They questioned them to see where the driver went, and that was just for a few seconds. Even days later, they STILL did not interview the vast majority of the neighbors. And WHEN did they interview Rick Forcier? Explain this to me. THEY NEVER *INTERVIEWED* THE NEIGHBORS UNTIL IT WAS MUCH TOO LATE (including Rick Foricer, a man they waited MONTHS to properly interview). THEY DID NOT CONDUCT A SEARCH FOR THIRTY NINE HOURS AFTER THE ACCIDENT. Does it even cross your mind how blatantly stupid you look by making such inaccurately dumb statements? Either do your research or shut your mouth. Don't distort the facts to help your own interests. Why are you so angry, rude, and abusive?

I think that Mason's discussion of distances adds to the little and incomplete information we know. Shack - thanks for the heads up re: who "Beach Bum" is. The blitzkreig reinforces the point of WTF-the-original's post #8995, Mason's #8994 points out balance that would be appropriate. Mason points out in #8901 that it was a MA plate on Red truck. Mason #8916 - For these same reasons I think both a murder at Amherst and delusional are possible - and attack ducks lead me to believe the latter, making #8918 interesting in that was perhaps intended to be "obvious" however I've never read those ideas. "Stupidity of law enforcement" is just inflammatory, designed to keep the focus at the crash site. Files were won in court, the court already applied the "pressure" on "law enforcement." Mason's #8925 is an appropriate reply. "It doesn't matter" is inconsistent with justice. Peripeteia, have a look at the documentary called "Why I Ran" in which a woman was delusional. However - I feel she could have been deceived as well. Whiston #8930 - good point on the little sleep received by Maura - makes me doubt further she made the drive. Peripeteia - I think it critically important if she in fact was seen Saturday and not Sunday. However - a following would happen if she was a part of a plan to fake a disappearance - no other circumstance do I believe. WTF-the-original #8939 - I am surprised to read now that you are an engineer and did not speak up earlier when I brought up that I thought the car did hit a tree. I have the exact conclusion you do - but have felt that I was not qualified to make a determination as I am not an engineer - however - Firecat #8950 - you say you are a professor - but couldn't find any engineering professors to answer my question about the hood damage. Your efforts could be better spent looking for answers rather then wearing pointy boots. #9017 Sorry Colombo - I suggest you follow the evidence and not someone else's lead. Mason #8956 - good questions about a Red Truck waiting - I agree if a Red Truck approached and picked up Maura - it was not a murderer, but a wisking away. However - due to the extreme driving up to the crash site - no way this was a wisking away. White Wash #8970 just what I recall that Harry said - "Cell chargers have a red glow." No cigarette ashes in car too. Firecat #8980 - How the heck did the car pass inspection on three cylenders? If it did - how the heck did the car get in that condition between October and prior to February? Wowzer #8988 - Guns pointed at YOU - REALLY? mcsmom #8998 - just tell us what you know before we have to guess. Mason #9012 - Did her roommate like the beach? Good point I forgot re:advocator's post about 8:15 key cards. No they weren't pointed at me Ben. Columbo says they were pointed at him. I've actually never heard of guns pointed at anyone just for driving in their driveway.

Ann, As long as she wasn't moving to a different dorm, you are allowed to keep your stuff there over break. Just from personal experience, not being unpacked a week after you came back from break was not uncommon at all.

In addition to that I would like to add that I just graduated from Umass this past May. I also grew up and still live in Maura's hometown of Hanson, Ma. So if you have any questions about location of things...I might be able to answer them.
