I know that pain so don't anyone dare throw that shit about protecting the family in my face. You're hiding stuff that I would never dream of hiding. You're despicable; you make me sick: and you deserve to rot in Hell. Highly technical legal language.

Please - any takers on putting things in motion to get exposure to this case? We need to act now - since Feb 9th will be soon upon us. 5 years is a big mileston and I think we could get some exposure. Let's focus on that and not arguements. K.

Mauras case will go national and soon I believe. More attention to this case is what is needed. Mason.......That is definitely uncalled for.

More and more I'm starting to believe that Maura escaped from the family from Hell and I respect and salute her for that. But it sounded like you thought it was ordained by the stars and planets? You seemed to say that it was all astrology. Or were you just trolling for someone who would know her DOB, etc.

Hello all, I actually feel quite sad watching how this forum has to some extent, once again, degenerated into an awful lot of mutual squabbling. This kind of "civil war" does nothing to further Maura´s cause!

http://www.bishop-accountability.org/news/200... Greenfield lawyer John J. Stobierski initiated the recent effort to terminate the 1996 impoundment order and The Republican intervened in support of his effort. Stobierski was seeking to obtain evidence of a possible cover-up by local church officials. There's a cover-up all right, but by the same PI and his closer of an assistant who has pulled the wool over the eyes of LE and the public in general. He and his assistant are or have recently been on the payroll of one of the people at the top of this mess.

I am Mason and I never have posted to this forum or any other on the internet using any other name. I've been called Alden, Beagle, Professor Plum, Benji, and now Quija. Possibly others. I don't play those kinds of games. I do not have multiple personalities and frankly it's starting to piss me off. No one here should want to be the target of or a witness to how nasty I can be, if pushed far enough. I apologize to you because I respect what you have contributed to this forum, but I am still seething with rage at Lady Gray, Elsewhere Briefly, Citigirl, Wowser, and Sophie Bean for attacking me and your post just reignited that fire. Those five people are engaged in an abominable cover-up to keep us from discovering the truth because they do not want to know the truth. Their behavior disgusts me. ***No one here should want to be the target of or a witness to how nasty I can be, if pushed far enough.*** If you think threats will scare people into silence then think again. It's a public forum and no one is going to tip toe around you in fear of seeing how nasty you can be. No one cares. Your claims of being an attorney and law professor are crap. Neither of them would talk the way you do.Although some of the things you contribute can be helpful others are laced with sarcasm, threats, rudeness and superiority. Asking questions and attacking you are two different things. I've not seen where you have been attacked.

There's good money to be made in a civil suit filed by Stobierski on behalf of the Croteau family against the Sprinfield Diocese for not having supervised Lavigne properly.
One of the principal arguments in the case is that Lavigne showed up at the murder scene the day after the murder and asked questions that, according to police, only the murderer would ask.
But this is untrue. Lavigne may have been asking questions on behalf of someone he knew or suspected of having killed Croteau. And I would guess that someone in Warren, MA knows who.

If she was murdered, I'd say Northampton first, Amherst second, the Brattleboro/Putney/Westminster /Rockingham area third, and Haverhill fourth. I'd say if it happened in Amherst, it might have been only a five minute walk from SW. If in Northampton, the areas can be narrowed down considerably, probably to two. There is one place off Putney Rd in Brattleboro, one in Putney, one in Westminster (very doubtful, this one), and one in Chester (somewhat doubtful). Otherwise, she probably got into an accompanying vehicle in Haverhill area and something happened after that.

I am really hoping to hear from others that want to move this forward. This could be the best gift you could give a a family. Just go to her site and listen to the song - you can hear the pain. Especially when she sings - please come home. We all talk about this all day - lets put it in action. Make a difference - even if we dont get answers - we will bring attention to the missing.....Dawn

I would guess that the same person killed both Bish and Chaput. He may even be referrenced, quite indirectly, in the Scahill deposition, but probably just a coincidence.
I wonder whether that fund for Lavigne mentioned by Scahill was ever established.

Should that get national attention, too?
