I should expect such things, some things I'm saying are ruffling some feathers. What I just don't get, is why he makes up things about my personal life and then attacks me based on these things. I can only guess that he is acting as deterrant, or he feels some personal vendetta... Whatever.

You fucking nerd. Nobody wants to be you or wants your fucking name you loser. I just happened to choose the name "yankee". Internet losers like you and mastermind and your virtual egos never cease to amaze me. Mastermind, I rarely have seen anyone in my life as pathetically pitiful as you. Your blatantly ostensible psychological issues are so evident in every single post you make where you attempt to subliminally defend your thoughts and argue other peoples thoughts. And, regardless of how obvious you make it known, your psychological issues will force you to continue to post here. It's an absolute certainty. I feel sorry for you. You are laughable. One big joke.

I never said that I "liked" ruffling feathers, it just so happens to be the case because some people don't like what I have to say. I can't please everyone, nor would I ever try to do such a disingenuine thing. For God's sake, now I'm being called a "Troll." It's indeed very sad that Maura is missing. If I didn't think so, I wouldn't be here.

I just want to drop the whole thing, really, and get back to discussing Maura's disappearance, and trying to determine her location. I just happen to be one of those who thinks that by determining some aspects of her life before she disappeared will help in determining why she was behaving erratically right before she disappeared, and that this may clue us in to whether or not she is still alive, and where she may be, or if she isn't alive, who killed her.

Someone is always being attacked nothing new there yes it is a game to some. I just wonder how many who can attack with the push of the buttons would have the balls to sit and talk with someone? I know of one who attacks all the time and slinks by my door to a family members. Odd how that works people say things here they would never dare to say in person. Humm.......... This email from Sharon seems to state otherwise to Maura being herself but I'm sure the ducks will quack LE made it up! Sharon: Posted on March 1, 2006 4;53 p.m. Maura had been off of school for a month, but in that time, she traveled to NY and back, to OH and back and several times to CT and back during which time each trip involved parties and get togethers plus the ususal hub bub of the Holidays: shopping, cooking, wrapping etc. Maura and Billy never "rested" much to speak of when they were together. Even if they were not busy, they would just stay awake to be together. This combined with my realization after Maura went missing that she was working 2 jobs, her clinicals which are also nearly a full time job combined with her class time and class work that she really was probably getting more rest when she was exeriencing the hectic holidays. I recall she looked tired over Thanksgiving and Christmas - one daughter even asked her about it. She laughed. But, knowing she and Billy burnt the midnight oil, so to speak, I just assumed that she was not getting enough sleep. Now, I am convinced that was an ongoing situation and may have been the major factor behind her feeling overwhelmed and the subsequent crying "breakdown"" Just consider the weekend before she vanished: On Thurs she worked until 1:30 am and had the "breakdown" On Fri, she went to class and clinicals - her day would have had to start at the latest around 7 in order to shower, etc - if her clinicals were first in the day, it would have started much earlier because she told me she had a "long drive" to the hospital. She works security Fri evening until 2 am. Fred arrives Sat morning , they spend all day shopping for a used auto, go to dinner and then she goes to friends room to socialize, leaves and has accident sometime around 3 am; is stressed again and calls Billy at 4:30 am very upset about the accident. Spends the day Sunday with Fred while also working a 4 hours shift at the UMass Art Gallery. We know from her cell phone records that she talks with Fred around 11 Sunday evening to make sure he got home ok - part of their routine.

Yes - this confirms that she wasn't getting much sleep, and puts things in a different light - perhaps she wasn't going to those places she told her Mom that she was. However - this involves Billy.

Also - its hard to believe that someone could continue on 4 hours of sleep over the long term without some kind of medical enhancement. I'd run away from that too! "A 2001 study at Chicago Medical Institute suggested that sleep deprivation may be linked to more serious diseases, such as heart disease and mental illnesses, such as psychosis and bipolar disorder." http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sleep_deprivatio...

Now some where I read that Fred had dropped off at the dorm after getting the rental and leaving to go to CT well Sharon is stating other wise. We know that she picked up the phone from Sara's room anyone know what time? "A 2001 study at Chicago Medical Institute suggested that sleep deprivation may be linked to more serious diseases, such as heart disease and mental illnesses, such as psychosis and bipolar disorder." http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sleep_deprivatio... I am going to relay a story that with the exception of family and a few close friends I have never told anyone that I remember. I routinely use to sleep no more than 4 hours a night. From around 19 until I was around 45. Never had any problems from it though I did use to sleep late on weekends. This actually was a big help in the army already being use to no sleep. What I am going to relay is an episode that I had around 1980. I have never had it happen before that or ever again. We were on a field exercise and I was actually the Battalion commanders driver at that time. Sleep depravation is a normal state of affairs during a combat exercise but this one was particularly grueling. I had been up for 96 hour with only 4 hours sleep and 48 hours of that was straight. So 48 hours without any sleep and then one hour naps for the next 48 hours. Now at some time during the night while in the jeep waiting for the BC to show up. I drove off. Not only did I drive off but I drove for several miles. I woke up at the intersection of a road driving up to a stop sign. I remember nothing, NOTHING of how I got there. Not even to this day. How long I was driving. What route I took. Or even why I left for which I had absolutely no explanation at all because I had no reason to leave where I was and no excuse. I was very scared. First, I had no reason or excuse to leave and wasn’t at the designated rendezvous point. Second, I had no idea how I got where I was and honestly didn’t know if I hurt anyone in the process of getting there. Fortunately it was very early in the morning (2AM) and there were virtually no pedestrians or cars on the road. There was no damage of any kind to my vehicle and I read of no reports in the local papers about any problems for the next few days. I have come to grips with my “lost hours” and have convinced myself that I didn’t hurt anyone. Fortunately, I knew where I was when I “woke up” and was able to get back to the rendezvous point without the Colonel any the wiser. I have since read about people doing things like this from sleep deprivation but at the time for a 21 year old it was one of the scariest things I had ever experienced. I had never had my body do something not under my control running on auto pilot. Like I said, it has never happened again or before but I am convinced that sleep deprivation, not 4 hour nights in my opinion which I did for 25 years, but very serious sleep deprivation, can cause some very weird things to occur. I should also tell you that I still operate often on 4 hours a night. I just can't seem to do it for a full work week at a time. Bill

I think she went to Sara's room! But will look for something to back that up! I don't remember a credit card being found. Sharon said she used a rubber band to hold all that stuff together. It if was out maybe it was cause she had gotten gas. whiston wrote: hi all.Mason are you sure the credit card was found in the saturn. My thought for the day.............If she used a credit card for gas, it would be known where she got it.

Did she go somewhere else first .I think the Quality Inn was maybe 10 minutes away at the most. Was the party, the toyota bending and the quality inn, in somewhat a straight line.Take care philip That would be the correct route to take from UMass to Quality Inn, but the difference is that she stopped in for a bit first.

She walked up and down the hill. She did not appear to stay in the dorm at night. That was noticed right away.
