Don't forget we have our " to- do" for the Murray's by January 1st. We need to get information regarding Maura to our local papers - keep the pressure on LE. We know they have some answers - Let those be known. 5 years is to long to not have answers. Think of your sister, daughter your niece - what would you do or want done? Answers! May peace be with you all.......... Dawn

How can I look around you to find something when you are in the way? Wizards speaking in riddles is a tired, overused, and melodramatic literary device that modern writers avoid because it's such a transparent effort to create mystery and tension. Show, don't tell. Let your words deliver the message and hide your presence behind the words. If you're suggesting that Maura was having an affair with an architect, say so. Own what you say. Don't hedge your bets by speaking in riddles. You either have something to say or you don't. Dude, we aren't playing parlor games here accompanied by weird sound effects to drown out the sounds of munching popcorn and burps. The architect Asher Benjamin died a long time ago. But someone is keeping his memory alive.

I believe most of you are here because you want to help and contribute to the investigation of Maura's dissapperance. As I've stated on Maura's Forum in the past, I will assist in answering questions you may have so long as those questions/answers do not hinder this investigation. I am, by profession, a nationaly certified criminal defense investigatior, not being employed, paid, induced or otherwise under the influance of any member of the Murray family. I am one of several private investigators (pro-bono)from MA,NH,ME,VT and CT who are taking on this case for one purpose only..to uncover the TRUTH of what happened to Maura Murray on Feb. 9, 2004. I am not here to entertain you or partake in frivolous conversation.
Elsewhere posted this:
"Weeper was also one of the number of experts who stated the person(s) responsible for Maura's disappearance has done it before and will do it again."
This statement I do agree with, though I will not give specific reasons for my belief that Maura was the victim of "foul play" I've never passed off the beliefs/opinions of the experts as facts. Ineresting how all of the experts whom have reviewed Maura's case believe that Maura met with 'foul play' though.

To all, if I may It’s been quite awhile since I’ve posted on this site; however I’ve read all the posts to date. There is (and always will be) a division of subscribers believes, theories and opinions as to what happened to Maura on February 9, 2004 (whether in New Hampshire or Massachusetts). This division plays between the old “MMM” site and the new “Topix” site and at times runs from “elbow jibbing” to outright “malicious hostility”. Such is the case in almost any “open and public” debate where passions run high and we either except this as part of the investigative process or (as I’ve said before) take up needlepoint and sit on the porch. Law Enforcement, local citizen, PI and family bashing/blaming,(though entertaining) is generally unproductive. Maura’s disappearance/abduction/murder is very much in the forefront as an “open and active” investigation on the State level and the PI Task Force level and will remain as such until resolution/adjudication is accomplished. On February 9, 2009 I will be in Haverhill, New Hampshire at noon at the Dunkin Donuts if anyone wishes to speak with me or meet for coffee, review my credentials or challenge my theories and/or opinions. I will ask Detective Colombo (an associate) to join me as well if it fits into his schedule. For those of you who can not travel to Haverhill, NH to meet me personally feel free to visit my employer’s website for a brief (very brief) background statement on my position as an investigator at www.caseinpointinvestigations.com on the Home Page click on the red tab for criminal investigations and scroll down to Francis Kelly. In a “cyber-world” it’s difficult to take anyone seriously not knowing who you’re dealing with, and most want to remain anonymous, fearing their identity will put them in harms way and they’re right to feel this way. In my world my identity is always open to public scrutiny and challenge and I remain alert on the street, I’m too old to fear the “boogeyman” under the bed. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you all and your families. Respectfully, Frank Kelly (WEEPER)

How soon did the theory come to be that the accident took place somewhere else? Thanks I have a million pages to read to catch up, storm blew out our power... If you have answered this and perhaps then this will include my question. Was the area searched where the guard rails were broken (recently broken as Silky described) for possible debris from an accident?

You are always welcome to collect.. in Nova Scotia I hope that we shall all live so long to see Maura found. Patience the byword... God Speed the work of many minds and hearts, and those who are lost will be found kate

elsewherebriefly wrote: <quoted text> When I brought up the red truck on Maura's old forum Silky Boxers came forward and stated there was a silent witness on Bradley Hill Road. Sadly, Silky/Beth is no longer with us, she passed away last year. She contributed quite a bit to Maura's investigation and conducted numerous physical searches, she is sorely missed. I believe Silky/Beth was the one who obtained the initial police logs and pointed out the numbers of red trucks stopped that evening. It was later speculated that the SBD may have been the silent witness. Hi: Here's to you having a nice Christmas.. thoughts re: RED TRUCK was wondering if by the silent witness re: Bradley Hill Road, if this is the same witness that we referred to on the MMM as the SILENT WITNESS, which I believe is Mariott. As I know you are aware he does not live on Bradley Hill Road so assumedly you are referring to another witness? Have always wondered if Mariott or the Westman's saw a red truck? It has been pointed out that a truck could have laid in wait on Saint Peter's Road, and entered 112 turning east perhaps without the Westman's seeing this. This seems very possible that a person could have hid there with their lights off waiting to see what the accident victim was going to do. Or he could have driven by Maura, turned on Bradley Hill Road, came by the Saturn again, and turned on St. Peter's Road, and laid in wait. Now if only someone saw a red truck. I am by no means implying that the person in the red truck was an accomplice with Maura in a sceme to run away, but rather a PERPETRATOR. And as you mentioned it was speculated that the SBD was the silent witness. By whom and why was this speculated to be the sbd. Where is it that the SBD might have seen the red truck, go by him at the accident site, at the store? changing gears here, throwing out in left field from the recesses of my memory...I remember that the police were called, or went to the store on HWY 25 in Pike re: red truck, however this would have been 0530 on Tuesday morning. We have established for certain that RO did not tell law enforcement the night of the accident but later. We also I believe know that law enforcement did not question RO in detail regarding what she observed that night. Am I remembering the facts correctly.... This story was mentioned by a local reporter in the news, and certainly the red truck scenario that RO describes is very coincidential as to time and place of Maura's disappearance. What too seems worthy of note at least to me is that the driver of the truck acted very suspiciously, drew attention to himself in not a very positive or warm and fuzzy light...he left RO with a very bad feeling later

What too seems worthy of note at least to me is that the driver of the truck acted very suspiciously, drew attention to himself in not a very positive or warm and fuzzy light...he left RO with a very bad feeling later Seems like the SBD placed himself deliberately in a position to see the wrecked Saturn as he was sitting in the bus and filling out his paperwork for the ski trip. If that's the reason why he sat there, I don't see how he could have missed seeing Maura get into a vehicle on the road at the end of his driveway. If he did, why didn't he tell Sgt Smith? I'm also curious to find out if Fred Murray was told that the accident happened at the location where he placed the wreath because I don't believe the SBD could see that far down the road from his vantage point on the bus. If he told Murray that the accident happened where Murray placed the wreath, he could not have been mistaken about the location so he must have lied. Why would he have lied to Sgt Smith and Fred Murray unless he knew the person who picked up Maura and for a reason unknown he decided not to reveal the identity of that person? Could that person have been driving the mysterious red pickup truck? BTW, was Monday, February 9th a holiday? If not, how could he have driven a bunch of school kids to go skiing? Wouldn't they have been in school?

Why only the Dunkin Donuts in Woodsville? Why not a second location farther south? How about going incognito to the shelter on Center St in Northampton? Only problem is you would have to get your hands dirty. And invest some time, stay there a while.
