If you believe it's a 90 degree left turn (as opposed to a stop), which implies you're from out of town, how did you know there's a guard rail across the street from the stop sign? Did you see the guard rail from Google? And what makes you think that's the guard rail she supposedly ran into?

Or is there some other reason for saying this? Is it another example of Kellogg v. Kennedy?

As as off-topic aside... There are two men very animatedly discussing wild 9/11 conspiracy theories. One mentioned the name David Ray Griffin, the leading critic of the official 9/11 Report. Griffin's from Santa Barbara, but he is funded by a PLO sympathizer in Northampton, just five minutes from here. That's no joke. It's completely true. But if I told this 9/11 conspiracy theorist about Griffin's source of funding, he'd simply ignore it. Just goes to show you what a whacky world this is.

And why the persistent use of "whom" by three posters? Never a "who" among them. Not once.

Is this some kind of fishing for someone who writes in a certain way? Or someone who mixes up "W" with "M?"

Apparently, no one knows the history of the Saturn very well. It was purchased in Connecticut? In Massachusetts? Where? When?

What's this about it was driven from Connecticut to Amherst? Or towed to Amherst? Is this reliable information or more deliberate dis-information.

Brian Rooney the animal who killed Michelle Gardner Quinn in Burlington VT. Lived in the area when Maura went missing. It is also believed he drove red truck.

Rooney is now in jail for her murder. LIFE.

He also was found to have used a rag with a chemical on it to subdue his victims. A couple of these victims were his wife and stepdaughter.

Let's get back to Umass for a minute.....did maura notify the Dean of Students about her intended leave from class? The nursing professors can't Ok something like that...and the policy is to notify the Dean of Students first and THEN the nursing professors. What are the chances that Maura could get a leave approved without some type of written notification or application process? What were the chances of her coming back and having to take an incomplete for the clinical? Would this have affected any scholarship(s) she might have gotten?

I just want to know why the Police don't do thier job when we need them thier not there and when we don't need them they are bothering folks for something to do.......

If thier job was done well then Maura would still possibly be with her family.

hi looking4amoose and all.Great points.Once again we are back in Amherst.Was she just dumping school out of choice or was she being asked to leave as with Westpoint.I dont know how this whole schlarship thing works and if attendance can be mandatory to a point, depending on the scholarship.The emails that Maura reportedly sent as far as i know have never been seen by anyone outside official p.d.just like any video of Maura being in Amherst on Monday feb 09 04 either at the ATM or liquor store.Of course i am now back to Where the information came from originally on the old forum .The press confrence and the people answering the questions.take care philip
