By the way, the tin foil hat is NOT my idea. It was bobfather's snide remark on the MMM board. The smoking comment didn't come from me, either. It was supplied by Sophie Bean. I had tried to make a genuine contribution, but got slammed. I apologized, with some defusing humor, and got slammed for that, too. Apparently, given the paucity of takers, the tone hasn't changed on this board, either.

The bickering is simply a deliberate way of keeping the discussion from going in a direction some people don't like.

So since there were virtually no takers, it's back to normal. Enjoy.

I have little choice but to believe that the reason I have drawn so much fire, much of which has occurred privately, is that I might know something about a specific phone call received in the ICU after Petrit Vasi's admission.

For obvious reasons, I cannot say whether I do or do not know about any phone call, but it's not unreasonable for a certain few people to have figured out that I MIGHT know about it, since the impersonating caller may have talked with my wife who told me about it at dinner that night.

I'm not trying to be a tease. The point is simply that very early on, someone MAY have inadvertently revealed her true identity to my wife and then she or someone else MAY have become desperately obsessed with trying to keep it a secret.

It appears that those certain people with a lot to lose - IF I were to know about a specific phone call - have harrassed the living daylights out of me for the past 2-4 years. Otherwise, Maura Murray's disappearance would have been, to me, a distant, barely recollected news story.

Frankly, I have no ORIGINAL interest in finding out what happened to Maura Murray. But I do have a lot of SECONDARY interest in finding out what happened to her.

Is that a little clearer?

BeagleBart, I see a little more clearly. Let's suppose though that caller called because they thought maybe just maybe this could be what was going on......what then? Guess we still need to look at the accident and tonight when I get time I might look for Petrit's story/stories....
In the meantime I'll be wondering about the police logs, they may have been altered and it seems suspect to me that they were not released for the longest time.
