Yes, Websleuths, they are so elevated. First, the discussion was channeled away from the about-to-be closed MMM site by pointing out all the crazy things "Oh My" was saying on Topix. This was done while by the vets there knowing the MMM site would be closing. The little blood bomb dropped by Shack, as I said recently, was nothing more than the same tactic used earlier by her when she mentioned the birth control pills in the Saturn. It was just an orchestrated effort to convince people Maura could not have been pregnant. The same principal was used to extend the convenience of the 20 minute window when no 20 minute window actually existed. Or anything like it. Yet that flimsy excuse was used for years to deny the possibility of Maura's having hit Vasi. Just that one simple assertion was all it took to stop anyone from looking in that direction.

And this time, I´m most certainly not coming back. I don´t even feel like reading the posts here anymore. Perhaps other discontented posters on this forum may feel like joining me on Websleuths? All the best, Euro Well, I'm shocked. A real nitty, gritty reporter. Bye, Skybox.

It's been known as fact since almost the very beginning that Maura had her birth control pills in the car. It was listed in the inventory, it was mentioned in the press, it was talked about. It was commonly known. Why it was considered a bomb to people posting on Topix at that time can only be attributed to the fact that they weren't paying attention to the FACTS THAT WERE ALREADY OUT THERE. Beagle, there are times you are completely sane, helpful, and motivating....and then you go off on a four-page rant that distracts everyone from the work at hand. I find that extremely troubling. If you're not doing it intentionally, it's troubling for one reason, and if you ARE doing it intentionally, it's troubling for an entirely different reason.

It's important to keep the word out that it's only the discussion/forum section of that site that has been deactivated it. The rest of it remains operational.

As far as I have heard, it remains in the custody of NHSP, as it is evidence in an unsolved crime. This ought to have been fairly obvious, but I thought I would point it out.

The claim about the blood was recent and on Topix. The claim about the birth control pills was REITERATED, but it was still recent and the PURPOSE of it was to shore up the claim that Maura was not pregnant.

The Molly Bish Reward Fund is dirty money. Any search funded by the Foundation must be questioned. This is no reflection on the Bish family whatsoever, but they are surrounded by people with less than honorable intentions. The same goes for those who have attached themselves to the search for Maura Murray. These families are being used in the most vicious way and whacked hard in the process. And I'm not shutting up about it, either.

To quija, whiston, et al. who were looking for the article about Maura's friend apologizing for being misquoted/misunderstood, I'm still searching the archive for it. So far it hasn't turned up, but I'm still looking. Just trying to get back onto the track we were on a few days ago. Are there maybe sun-spots or something this week???

And Skybox leads the exodus. Frankly, his sissified questions were nothing but attempts to pump people for information and get them to do his own work. And he's a reporter? Or a journalist? Who spends a lot of time shouting instructions and dropping suggestions from across pond? I told him if he wants to get the information about UMass PD/Security relationship then give them a call. I do think they have phones in Sweden. They even have international calling plans, as any real reporter should know. He was just grooming the slide for the bobsled, hoping he could attach himself to the easily manipulated.

What's the point of finding out whether Maura's friend regretted being misquoted and apologized to Maura's family? None of these people have been heard from in, what, two years now? Did one of them have parents who owned a time-share in Lincoln or Woodstock? Come on people, it's right in front of you. Think TRUCK. TRUCK. TRUCK. TRUCK. TRUCK. Who knows TRUCK? Who can contradict Maura about a crucial window of time? Who can steal the gallery books that show up at local auctions? Who can invite Maura over for a few mud slides? Think geo/chrono sequence (it's pretty basic): ATM, liquor store, RMV, host... Direction of travel. Lose your arrow? Shoot another and watch it land.

Oh, and just to get back to my old conspriacy theories. One of the Molly Bish people works for the corporate sister of at least two embryonic stem cell research companies. I know this because the owner of the company is my brother's best friend and he bribed Connecticut's governor Rowland badly enough that Rowland was sentenced in New Haven Federal District Court to one year in a federal prison. That's the kind of people and money that are in the Molly Bish Reward Fund. Whether or not it's about ESCR. It sure is about political corruption, a lot of it from Connecticut and a lot of it from pharmaceutical companies. And that's a fact I can back up with hundreds of pages of documents.

I know that I will be hated upon stating this, but here goes anyway---a few of you know who I am and I know that a some of you are thinking this way already. Beagle's got some good points. For such an intelligent reposible young lady, Maura acted quite recklessly prior to her disappearance: drinking quite often, drinking and driving, motor vehicle accident, heading to her father's motel room in the wee hours of the morning, faking a death in the family....then she packed her belongings, left a note for Billy (which he denies but later states the obvious of what was on the note) and headed out in a poorly running vehicle which she obviously crashed again prior to getting to the Weathered Barn. Those are not things that a clear headed thinker would do. The calls she made were to probably arrange a motel room in which she could take her own life, but couldn't arrange one, so she simply headed out and when discovered, she lied about calling 911. She took some things that she valued to make her feel better about her choice along the way. I don't think the question is what happened to Maura...I think the question is more what was so horrible about Maura's life that made her want to end it. Nursing students do not act so impulsively--she didn't get to be an honor student acting that way for sure. The call she made to Billy's cell phone, yes it probably was her, trying to explain what she was doing, maybe even why she was doing it. Maybe that's why they didn't save the message---at least record it even if the contract was cancelled. Surely the search for Maura's remains can continue to eventually bring peace and finalization to those people who were not causing her pain but lets not ignore the obvious anymore. Someone close to her knows what was going on---her friend at Amhertst wouldn't have stated that she didn't want to get her in trouble. The most recent "search" this weekend was almost nonexistant. I saw no one searching....was in an out all weekend on the trails in the area on the quad and with the dogs, as were my kids, and several friends. We were in the area of Swiftwater Circle, Valley Road, Pinnacle etc. which borders the "crash" site. For those of you who cannot see the obvious, I hope for you all that someday you can say that I am wrong, but as for now, that it was the evidence shows. Look at her previous life closely (the life that no one will talk about) and I'm sure you'll discover the reason why she is no longer with us.

NEWS FLASH - A few nights ago, I showed a UMass police officer a photo of the parking permit on the Saturn (folded so as to not show the airbags) and asked him which parking lot the Saturn was permitted to park in. He told me, without any hesitation, and he noted that the permit had expired. He asked me if I was looking for the car. I said, no, that it was long gone from UMass and maybe even scrapped by now. I told him I just wanted to establish the driving time between SW and Matton. Just ten minutes ago,(literally from right now as I'm typing this) that same police officer, a second UMass police officer, and a local police officer knocked on my door and gave me a NO TRESPASS ORDER. I am now prevented from driving on any street through the UMass campus or from setting foot on any property that belongs to UMass anywhere. For the next 24 months. I was very clear and polite to the police officer when I talked with him at UMass, and gave no reason for being a suspicious person. In any event, he did not tonight ask what I was doing at UMass or ask why I was there or anything like that. I think he figured out who the Saturn belonged to after he had already talked with me. And this is how they are keeping me away from campus. I feel so wanted. Do you think perhaps I asked the wrong questions at Umass the other night? A simple question about the location of a parking lot? To a police officer in uniform? Do you think just maybe there's something pretty sensitive going on in Amherst that is being kept silent? Not to toot my own horn too loudly, but... sometimes you get more bees with vinegar than with honey. To turn a phrase.
