A N.H. State Police "synopsis" released by Lt. John Scarinza four months later, painted a different view of their encounter: "When the passerby stated that he was going to call local law enforcement to come assist, Maura pleaded with him not to call police."

It was just SPECULATED and tossed around on the MMMM forum that IF the SBD (or anyone) HAD done something to Maura or the girl driving, that a PERFECT way to cover themselves for anything she might have CALLED OUT would be to say early on. "she PLEADED with me not to call the police." The other stuff was all poster speculation. Really, no-one heard her say this; although if you search for this PHRASE you might find it in a couple posts just as part of poster scenario fiction. Too many words here, just me, sorry!

Fact: Claude and his associates in murder Inc. worked for Northstar Auto sales where they were stealing cars and who knows what else.
Fact: Jet Star is another company with the Star name..I wonder what it is with the STAR behind all these companies and I wonder who is behind all this and who is behind Claude's murder Inc.
Claude is behind it and he is the mastermind,,he gets dirt on people and then uses them and blackmails them so they have to do what he says!!!!!!!!11

still looking.... Is it certain that the lady that pleaded to not call the cops was Maura ? It has been posted that possible another female lured Maura away from the scene (car). Could that person have been the one to decline the call to LE?

Police putting out the BOL at noon the next day, that being about 3 hours before they left the first word on Freds machine. Why the police didn't want to be straight with the facts as they knew it will always make then suspect to me. Suspect that there was a much bigger "thing" going on that they needed to buy time for. Thank God people refuse to let up until this is settled.

I'm not saying CW did anything, but Good grief, he lives right snap dab across from the SBD. He trys to stay out of this by saying he was (at work/at home/driving home) and didn't see/hear anything the night of the 'accident'. And yet he starts telling people he saw ABC and XYZ and word got around. People, he did NOT go to police with his story. They went to HIM thanks to a shopkeeper in the area.

Is it possible that Maura was trying to commit suicide? Based on what little I know, it seems her actions that last week of her life were somewhat erratic. Could she have put the rag in the tailpipe in an attempt to commit suicide? While she was pulled over, her car could have been hit by a drunk/drugged driver, causing the airbags to deploy. The drunk driver could then have gotten out of the car, thought s/he killed her and then taken Maura with him/her in an effort not to end up in jail. From what I read there were no signs of a struggle, so if Maura was already dead/unconcious, that could explain why. If there were multiple people in the drunk driven car, one of them could have been a woman who was the one who declined a police presence.

There were two accidents that night, the first one had report of a young female sliding off the road. That said, many wonder if Maura was by her car and perhaps hit by mistake. If so, did one or more people try to cover this up by bringing her car to a different jurisdiction...... The rag, when was it placed in the tailpipe? The rag when taken out of Maura's Saturn, was pretty clean so who knows. But you can't drive a car apparently with a rag in the tailpipe and expect it not to blow out,~ heard all the arguements.
