Haven't seen the video, but I think those are the five Murray children you've named there. Don't think there's a fourth daughter.

Only a handful of Posters here are remaining, from the hundreds of MMM Forum Posters. I am baffled by the animosity and anger of one/few?, just because of that. I don't think there was any master mind criminal involved with Maura's disappearance. Just within the last 4 years there was a gunning down murder of a man in his driveway, a stabbing death of a local young man, a murder of an elderly man in his home. These killers certainly were angry. They weren't filled with kindness and good will. I agree with Whiston, as to the fact that we certainly don't want people to read some of the angry prattle here and be turned away. That doesn't help keeping Maura's name in public. It has been mentioned many times as to how the local citizens can help by appealing to their local/state government chosen representatives. "Government of the people, by the people, for the people" Judge me "Gone" if the area directed their disdain to the authorities, to do their appointed duties. .

For the most part everyone here cares about finding the truth of what happened to a young women in NH, who disappeared in Woodsville on February 9, 2004. Everyone should skim on by hateful and malicious posts because most here are a sincere diversified group of caring people. i don't think we expect to find all the answers, we only hope we can contribute to the search for what happened to Maura??

White Wash...…again, you seem to know a lot about what the police have ‘allegedly’ done in the Murray case. At some point you mentioned that the police took pictures of the car. Did you see those pictures? Were they released with the accident report? If they were released has anybody else seen them? I know there are pictures of the car that were posted on MMM, but IIRC those were taken later. If you saw the pictures, is the damage the same? If they were released, why didn’t the Hanson Express or those at MMM post the pictures? Does anybody know…Mcsmom? It seems that it would be important to verify that the damage recorded in photos that night (or perhaps the next day) was the same as the damage visible in the pictures taken at a later date. Does anybody know when those pictures were taken? I agree with the questions about the search warrant. Why did the police get a search warrant for the car? Does anybody know whether they followed through with the Umass parking authority about who the parking sticker was issued to that year?

Jerry F., I believe that Bernie Marvin or Brian Flagg took the earliest pictures of Maura's damaged Saturn. It was stated in the JO that pictures were taken at the scene IIRC.

Excerpts from 2/12/08 Journal Opinion "Police defend procedure in Murray case" ".......photographs were taken of tire tracks in the snow leading into a stand of trees on the side of the road and showed that the vehicle struck the trees with enough impact to deploy both airbags. Williams noted that taking photographic evidence and documentation at the scene of an accident are standard operating procedure"...... Guessing BM nor BF were not there that night at the scene..?. Wouldn't Dispatch Log have noted something like "Local Press" on scene..? (Anne, I remember you typed out the whole article for the Forum...you have my admiration....) Whiston, hope someone can answer your question..I can't view it.... (the first ones I could think of was either Citigirl or Helena...I dunno....) Elsewhere, appreciate your memory/notes as usual. Keep in mind .."skim n scroll"..

Hey Firecat, I guess we could say both. If photogirl/whitewash were standing here I'd say this to her face....... I was once told by a friend, who was attending Harvard at the time, that people are defensive when they are guilty or if they have something to hide. I was in my teens at the time and I have to admit that it was one of the best pieces of advice I've ever been given. Throughout the past four years photogirl has had a defensive disposition and quite frankly her posts leave me with more questions than anything. I was referring to the underwear actually. When the second pair turned up at the base of the tree last summer it got my attention. I was not prepared to be told about the pairs of underwear hanging from tree limbs by the roadside. On thinking back, I believe it was Silky who reported the roadside undwear sightings. Although this may have nothing to do with Maura's case. There was a college student who was abducted right off of her living room couch in Las Vegas Nevada last year. Anyone remember? When they finally did find her body she had a pair of underwear in her hand. The underwear were not hers. I also forgot to mention this is the second to last post. In the chain of evidence report of items found in Maura's car the bottles of liqour and all of Maura's underwear were missing. I also forgot to mention this.
