I've been relying on the same information as everyone else. Numerous expert criminal profilers have contributed to Maura's case.

I've been focusing on what they've had to say!

I began to read this mini soap opera more closely from around the time Beagle Bart approached the UMASS Amherst campus police...and was summarily turned away.
I admit I became lost in his theories, which became nearly impossible for a reasonably intelligent reader to comprehend.

However, elsewherebriefly, I have to say that the above PERSONAL information you've supplied online about this contributor is out of bounds.
Whether you've come to know this person directly or indirectly, the obvious intent is to smear his reputation.

I, too, hold personal information about individuals from online contact that I will never disclose and share....as such information was offered in trust.

Further, you've "spilled" just enough (spitefully/in anger?)in an attempt to be convincing...in order to discredit your target.
As an onlooker, I shall consider the source of your motivation, as you have put this person in a position of having to defend his truth.

I am writing again to just check in. I have not been able to find the old forum, and I am having difficulty with this one, is there a way to search for terms in posts? My uncle, Tom Conrad, was murdered 3 years ago, as of the 28th of September. I can't believe that it has been over 3 years now. Does anyone on here hear anything? Does Anyone really wonder what the chances are that Bruce McKay and Kathy Brunell were responsible for Maura Murray and Brianna Maitland? Is there a reason why these people 'disapeared'? Lets look at a timeline. Gotcha! HEY FEDS! Tables are turned now. and you guys expect a paycheck! HA! MuKayzee should fire the boston branch. To say that Floyd is a wild card is an understatement. HE is Kelly Ayottes gift to New Hampshire. Conspiracy and Murders in holy New Hampshire! Rage against the Machine! Haters.

It sure would be great if people actually took the time to consider the opinions of the expert criminal profilers whom have reviewed the facts of Maura's case. Dr. Godwin, Ginsburg, John Philpin, H.P. Alberalli, Weeper, Det. Columbo.

It is obviously too much to hope for or expect.

I still can't believe that after four and half years there was a major debate over whether or not Maura's investigation is deemed a major criminal investigation - potential homicide.

I do think that his writing the article was and keeping it up is a good thing.

He does appear to imply that ruling a serial killer out is a mistake. I agree with him and always have.

My opinion is and always has been that the FBI should be involved.

However I realize that a serial killer is not the only possibility and his article does not convince me otherwise.

I've spent an hour explaining what I take for granted as truth - that fellow human beings tike the time to consider details. So I'm not going to go into all of them now.

I've already expressed my opinion about Weeper's recent focus here. I think he's a good competent man - I just think he's going to find out that he wasted his time - because I find the scenario unlikely - and believe me it was not a simple task for me to figure out. So I'm not faulting him. Theories change - its par for the course. Nothing I say will change Weepers mind obviously - and in truth I want him to reach his own conclusions. What I don't hope for is for it to be all for not.

But back to your stated justification...

For a very long time now people have been constantly posting something to the effect of: It was a serial killer and the police screwed up.

Going in that circle isn't going to solve who the person is or how the crime happened.

One actually has to look at the details of the case and analize them to make progress.

So when attacks from all sides are raised in the name of reposting redundant and inconclusive speculations that lack the analysis of clues - one really has to wonder what the purpose behind the tail chasing really is for.

Just because a group of people think that tail chasing is the best way to solve this crime doesn't mean that if someone disagrees with you - they must be guity or trying to dismantle an investigation.

You say that you're just defending the experts. OK. I hear you.

However - I don't know why you believe the most productive thing you can do is is disregard and belittle honest opinions.

Truth is born from honest criticism in the details of a theory.

Start out with the statement the sky is blue in the daytime - and an honest critic says what about clouds? What about at Sunset? What about rainbows?

Your expert comes along and says the sky is blue, has clouds and rainbows - but didn't consider sunsets in an honest mistake.

You've said - well the experts say the sky is blue, has clouds and rainbows in the day do I have the right to ignore the evidence about the existence of sunsets, belittle those that talk about it. You actually feel justified and take pleasure in letting your brutality "steep" because you think you are correct. After all, you don't bother to look at the details in the sky.

By ignoring details you only short change yourself. Take it a step further and have this entire board chase its tail under threat of public admonition or group tantrum is not only harmful, but its actually cruel.

The bottom line is the analysis of facts and evidence and trying to make a determination out of it.

I've been convinced more then once Perhaps to make it look like there is an investigation, more then actually having one.

hey look, I'm exhausted and the only belittling I've witnessed on this Godforsaken fiasco of forum is through Wowzer, Bill, JMO, and at times youreslf.

You obviously were not present when Alden's true colors came out but I was.

Maura & Brianna's cases are not related. I came to that conclusion long before Weeper announced this on the forum.

More than one expert stated that the person(s) repsonsible for Maura's disappearance have done it before and will do it again.

This is the one theory that I have firmly believed since reading Dr. Godwins findings in late 2004. I was thankful when Weeper reiterated this in the late.

Just like Winston continues to state IT STARTS IN AMHERST. The info is there but needs to be outed. Also, with the Family. We are chasing tails as someone has stated above.

What was the LAST call on Maura's phone that Mr. Murray mentions that defines where Maura was going???

Looking back on this forum I noticed many important and passionate posts by you, 1Anne, FireCat and others. Also, you are right that you did not disclose any information about that (above referenced) poster that had not already been stated here by the poster himself. Although he once scared the hell out of me, in rereading this whole Topic I was reminded that he sure made some excellent contributions.

Paris --- Remind me of what the article or document was that you wanted me to send you.

It seems we're running lower on ideas that meet the Facts given us by the PI Team.

If we believe in Weeper's and his team's consensus, then Maura has passed away and it was a homicide. Well, then there goes all hope. No wonder why some of us "resist" the professional PI team's conclusions.

If we want to keep open the possibility of Maura being alive and well (with the fantasy of a memory disability that's kept her from calling family) then we have to resist the PIs opinions.
So this means there's no need to check sightings (several of which sounded strong before being dissed).

No need to analyze why she'd run away from her old life. Unless someone from Amherst, her jobs, her high school, an auto shop, or WP is LE's target perp (with this fact not being released to the public).

So then what do most of us know about the specific criminals in the Haverhill area? Close to -- or -- nothing, I'd guess. Only the police (or locals) would have that inside info. The actual area would probably be somewhere Maura got off the highway or rural highway to get gas or whatever...

If criminals were driving or in control of Maura's Saturn, then what can we do? No-one (except maybe an unreported witnesses' statement) has said they saw Maura, criminals, or a man with a cigarette leaving the scene.(Except the CW seeing a youth running...)

Nothing was released about fingerprints, DNA, cigarette butts, or other anomalous material in the Saturn... I still think it's possible that the beer can may have been one that Maura was recycling back in Amherst, but it rolled away under one of the front seats until an accident dislodged it. Then again, maybe LE DID get fingerprints from that can.... Didn't Pike once post that a witness saw her (the Sunday, maybe, before she left?) carrying a "hockey bag full of beer"??? He did the weights and math and determined that these beer cans had to have been empties for Maura to have been hauling such a large cubic footage of them. And it does sound like Maura to recycle?

No-one saw a vehicle that picked up the person or persons from the Saturn.

Analysis of evidence hasn't been made public, nor the disclosure that any was even analyzed.

People were discouraged from doing private searches, not just on private property, but even one person along the roadside at the suspected First Accident Site, using a metal detector.

Did the PI Team and LE hit a stone wall in this investigation? Or has the PI Team BEEN stonewalled along with the rest of us? The Team was offered certain paperwork, but Weeper posted that they declined so they could do a truly independent investigation.

I don't understand why Fred and other family members have not been told more by LE --- When you listen to Kyle Fleischmann's (missing young man --- over 21 --- after leaving bar in early AM) father, it's apparent that LE is sharing info with HIM! Why not Fred?

I find it very scary that this could happen to a person that is just asking QUESTION concerning Maura's case.
