It's also important to know that two MA investigators connected to the Bish and Murray cases have been on the payroll of the CT family of companies that includes the chemical company and the school bus company.

I'm open to the possibility that the dogs were set off by something like deer blood, menstrual blood, etc., but if this is the case why hasn't this been clearly shown? Fred was obviously drawn to this house at one time, hence the search. Does anyone know if Fred still considers this house suspicious?
He was most likely drawn to the house because of the knife that was given---- "brother(and his girlfriend) who were acting strangley" undoubtedly lived there at the time Maura disappeared. I think though, that the dogs going bonkers in the area was them refinding Pauline Clark.

So... There's a very good chance, after all this conspiracy theory derision, that a chemical tanker carrying a chlorine based water treatment chemical was, in fact, very near the location of the Saturn.

If that's true, then it's not out of the question that this very truck or one similar to it was also at Comins Pond well field in Warren, the Brattleboro well field behind the Putney Road movie theatres, the well field near Saratoga Springs High School, and maybe the UMass treatment plant on Mullins Way.

Can't seem to find much on Pauline Clark, altho I've read her name here many times. Can anyone provide more details? Was her body found in the closet of the A-frame? If not, then a "hit" in the house as well as a body once found nearby only strengthens the suspicion. Again, I feel like the A-frame must have ben ruled out by now, even by Fred, or there would be LE all over that place by now.(unless the carpet was never tested, for unknown reasons).

The school bus company and the chemical company (tanker truck) are owned by the same family or group of people. For the purpose of this discussion, they are one company.

The owner of the school bus company has an office virtually across the street from Kennedy. One of these school buses was actually at the scene of the Rt. 112 crash.

The tanker was in Wells River last Sunday night and may well have made a delivery very near the place where the Saturn was found.

I guess I'm asking, is Fred satisfied with the investigation of the A-frame?Anyone know? For that matter, he must be tired by now, but what is his theory of what transpired? I know this is somewhat personal, but if anyone has the best theory thus far, it could be him.

yes you're right, but this is what I was told-maybe Pauline lived in the A frame when she was killed? Wasn't half the carpet sample sent to LE and the other half kept by PI's? Who determined that it was menstrual fluid and not pure blood? I know I was shocked to read that, but wihtout a search function here its next to impossible to find where it was brought up.

Hello?

Two large vehicles, a school bus and a tanker truck, at or near the crash site, and owned by the same family with an office across the street from Kennedy?

Not to mention they also own the ambulance company sometimes (wrongly) referred to as AMRC (misleadingly similar to American Red Cross).

What about the 911 tapes? Would those be a part of the Hanover log? There were other 911 calls made. Did they all go through Hanover? If not then where are those tapes?
Two sets of tapes?
The 911 call from the SBD's house after his encounter with Maura, or a woman who resembled her, was rerouted to Hanover because all the circuits were busy at Haverhill 911. That call must have been recorded at Hanover 911 and their dispatch log should have a brief narrative summary of what the caller said. Whether the recorded call still exists is difficult to say in light of a message White Wash posted within the past week. She said Grafton County does not save recorded calls for more than 30 days, unless they are ordered or asked to save a particular call and then they only save that call. I don't believe Hanover is in Grafton County so the recorded 911 call may still exist. The log should still exist and, if the NHSP has not requested a copy, I'm sure they can get one.

Hanover 911 called the Haverfield 911 and briefed them on the SBD's call. Ronda Marsh fielded that call and immediately called the SBD's residence to verify Hanover 911's information. The SBD's wife answered Marsh's call. After a short conversation, Marsh entered a short narrative summary in their log noting the roundabout way the SBD's call traveled and what the SBD's wife said. I found the log on the MMM website and quoted Marsh's entry verbatim in a message I posted within the past 3 or 4 days.

The log has been removed from the MMM site and replaced with this message: "Log page temporarily removed...this along with other documents will be
appearing over the next few weeks."

From my memory Marsh said the SBD "saw the crash" and "had no idea where the girl was." This statement is inconsistent with the SBD's previous statements in which he said he arrived at the scene sometime after the accident, had a brief conversation with the driver who declined assistance, and drove home to call 911. He denied seeing the woman after he left the scene of the accident.

Marsh's call to the SBD's residence was logged in at 1943 hrs, or 3 minutes before Sgt Smith arrived at the scene.

I recall that the document I looked at on the MMM site was a single page numbered 14 and I believe that it's part of a larger document of approximately 19 or 20 pages of Grafton County logs that was provided to Fred Murray as a result of his lawsuit.

White Wash posted another log entitled Haverhill PD Log on the other site that I understand to have been published in a local newspaper. It does not have an entry that corresponds to the entry I saw on the MMM site. It does state, "Sgt Smith responded to a reported one vehicle accident on February 9 on Wild Ammonoosuc Road, Woodsville. No injuries were reported." There is no other reference to Smith having been dispatched to investigate another, or previous one vehicle accident that night.

Based on other information I have reviewed, Smith was dispatched to investigate the accident at 1929 hrs in response to a 911 call by FW received by Haverhill 911 at 1927 hrs. Smith arrived at 1946 hrs, or 17 minutes after he was dispatched.

Based on White Wash's post, I do not believe recordings of FW's call, the call from Hanover 911 to Haverhill 911 and the callback from Ronda Marsh to the SBD's residence still exist, unless HPD or NHSP requested they be preserved within the 30 day limit. The logs still exist but they are not available to us now.

I've never seen the 19 - 20 page log. Others who have seen it have said it does not contain an entry regarding a previous one vehicle accident in the Swiftwater area or any reference to a female driver leaving the scene of an accident in a privately owned vehicle.

Hi Pointer,

Pauline Clarke was a resident in North Haverhill who went missing while out walking one evening in 1985.

Her body was later found in a shallow stream beside the A-Frame. Her pocket book was found in the woods several yards up river. She sustained blunt force trauma to the head.

Her death had been ruled accidental.

If I happen to be in error about the date of her death or certain details, please someone step in and correct me.

Pointer,

The UL published in one of their articles ( I think Fall of 07)that when asked about it Mr. Murray stated that the A-Frame had been debunked.

I questioned this statement on Maura's forum and received an immediate reply from the moderator that Mr. Murray was misquoted and he never said that.

Hope this helps..........

I never heard that of Pauline...it was my understanding that the carpet was split....but I don't know the results of the testing.

btw, the A frame remains empty to this day--such a shame, it's in a great location and I don't believe it's on the market any longer either.

Thank you.

We don't know if any of the carpet samples were tested by the state crime lab or the Murrays and if they were, we don't know the results. We can only surmise that they were since it would have made sense to test them.

I don't understand how the investigation by either side would be compromised by publishing the results. If Maura Murray was excluded as the source of the blood, releasing that information will not surprise her killer, assuming she was murdered, but it would relieve a lot of anxiety by people who care about Maura Murray. If she has been identified as the source of blood, that still won't alert the killer to something he doesn't know. It will elevate our anxiety somewhat, but lots of people believe she is dead given the passage of time.

Keep in mind that a strong smell of decomp can come from a source of moist blood that would not be sufficient to support a conclusion that she died there. More information would be needed.

Again, I ask for results from the carpet samples. This is an easy one - if they came up negative, please confirm. If no results exist, we need to ask why. Even if they can't comment on the actual results, can LE confirm that they have carpet samples and/or tests have been done?

No delivery in 2004? Or none a few days ago? Thanks.
