Dawn, I don't get what your issue is. BF has been a poster on here for several months and has contributed thoughtful posts and helpful information. I don't think the fact that he now and then displays a bit of sarcasm indicates he has a devious nature.
Your whole goal on here seems to be geared more to finding out who other posters are (who clearly prefer their privacy and thus be "anonymous"), than to finding out where Maura is.
There are two "ben franklyn"s. One is registered and capitalises his name. The other is not.

Any comment, Beagle, on the update to the Molly Bish case? It is being covered locally, of course.

I have definatley shown that I am looking for Maura. I think I am one of the very few who have contacted the local media and will have her story on in Seattle - perhaps two stations now. For those on the East coast one of the radio personalities is from Boston. Negative Nelly's do nothing to help find Maura or respect her memory.

Some of the conclusions you have drawn recently
- are so far at odds with the evidence -
its difficult to believe that even _you_ think you are being honest.

Its obvious that your purpose here is to undermine anyone willing to discuss the entirety of the evidence.

I want to see the evidence.. I have asked that several times and Snowy even commented on it.

Can we please get a list of FACTS? There is so many theories - which are great - I those should go under one list "theories" and the cold hard facts as facts. I think this would be very refreshing especially for those of us that are newer. You have gone over these topics for years - we don't know what is 'fact' and what is a theory from the board.

Thanks in advance

This Rodney Stanger guy doesn't sound like a nice person at all. I hope that LE can piece this puzzle together and make the link needed to solve Molly's murder. What I have read so far seems very interesting and indeed could have merit in the Bish case.

Oh, my dear, dear, dear.

The earth trembles each time "consensus of opinion" or distilling a list of "facts" is mentioned...or begged.

Seems some of the many original articles written, archived and linked have become "truth", but they may not be accurate, either.
(I DON'T mean WW's JO articles!)

Seriously, Dawn, you are energetic, authentic and good-hearted.
I hope the "old-timers" will consider your request...and do it for you.

A list of facts is like a unicorn, a mythical creature that doesn't exist. However, you can go out and stick a broomhandle on a horses forehead and call it a unicorn, but we all know better.

Dawn, the Wikipedia entry was created with just that purpose. Having not been to it recently, I don't personally vouch for its accuracy OR inaccuracy.

It remains one of the problems with Maura's disappearance that there are so very few facts, and so many of the alleged facts are questioned, and so many false "facts" are repeated over and over again.

Hi guys,
Snowy, I think you mentioned yesterday or the day before that on the new forum they were mostly rehashing stuff, with no new info? Well, if someone hasn't already posted it here, we got a gift of some new and fascinating information! Columbo said that a red truck was reported by the side of the road about 1/2 mile up Bradley Hill Road (from 112 I believe)! The driver was out of the vehicle and someone called the police. This was amazing new info to me considering the red truck slowly cruising, studying RO, stopping, looking, turning around as she walked to the store. That scene was always described in a way that made it seem he was looking for a specific person. He made no aggressive move toward RO. It seems that when he determined RO wasn't who he was looking for --- when the lighting was better --- he turned around and heading back towards the snowbank. This is starting to seem like he was looking for Maura. And for him to be pulled over to the side of Bradley Hill Rd (near a long, long, driveway i believe that leads back towards Old Peter's Rd) I think this is some good new info! This is gross speculation on my part, but that driver seemed to be searching in an open and not furtive way for Maura. Snowy --- check it out --- the new site is a good place to brainstorm too. AND --- there are no JUDGE ITS!!!! haha!

hey, Quija ~

i read and processed the red truck/RO info before writing yesterday's damning post.

but i also read several long long posts of the "what if" variety that seemed so! far! off base that in one instance, the writer self-corrected and discounted his own premise....and a female writer's accounts were more specific to her own life than to Maura's.

it was probably unfair for me to suggest that the new forum is or will be entirely a rehash, although two long-term posters stated they are committed to a seemingly endless process of rehash.

on the other hand, you are correct - brainstorming can have good value.
i was thinking, too...that the commitment to Maura via her continued "presence" among all who care, and an unwavering 'vigilance' until her return may be even more powerful than continuing to weave fantasies that may or may not be based on facts.

i sense that Dawn's frustration is similar to mine with regard to an inability to confirm factual information.

i guess investigators are always thinking outside of the box...but it may be more dangerous for a posse of citizens to do the same, especially if they move toward targeting someone.

Quija that long driveway goes to two log cabins on the mountain. You can see one of them from 112 in the winter time.
IMO the new forum has taken a mob mentality by a couple of people,so much so that the person states they don't care if they get in trouble for slander or libel. Just another bashing site only this time they can also PM and bash even more.
I'm backing away from these forums as it's been obvious for some time that real facts are not wanted.
Why after 5 years did Columbo come out with this huge "fact"? Especially after talking about a red truck for over 5 yrs.Think about it. I see many things stated as fact that later turn out to be only someone's opinion. I see this same person bashing the LE on another forum and I have to wonder how someone that is supposed to be a professional can make so many unprofessional remarks. I don't see Weeper speaking rudely or acting unprofessional.Another thing, there were no human foot prints going off the road on Bradley Hill. There were deer prints but that is all and I know this for a true fact.
I would love to know where this truck was seen pulled over on BH but I doubt anyone will get an answer to that.

I just read about the Bish case. The man lived 8 minutes from Holly as well. I believe we will find he is a serial killer and responsible for many other deaths. His brother has been also missing for some time. I guess this guy was a marine. I wonder if he has ties to NH or Amherst. Thank goodness Molly and Holly's families may soon have answers, although it appears most certain to me. Anyone know what this guy did for a living?

Hello Quija,

Some very interesting information there.
What time was the red truck observed on BH road?
Is the timing known?
As far as I understand, Maura´s Saturn could not have been stuck in the snowbank by the Weathered Barn at the time of the red truck observation on BH Road.
Why would the driver of the red truck otherwise have coninued towards Swiftwater on Rte 112, where he stopped to check out witness RO?
The timing is of the essence here.

And was the driver of the red truck a friend or foe of Maura´s?

Also:
Why has it taken nearly five years for this information to be released?
Was this observation previously a well-kept secret within LE?
