I agree there is whitewash going on. It's gone on for over 5 years. You throw things out as fact trying to get everyone thinking once again in YOUR direction. You and saturnus threw this tidbit of untruth out and then wouldn't answer my questions. Why?
Please answer the questions as I feel such a remark needs some proof behind it to be believed.

If you aren't open to Maura disappearing of her own volition, please dont push the others to prove it. Defensively, someone may end up posting a truth that DOESN'T need to be known to the public--something that may really do character damage to someone from Maura's previous life. Please be very careful in the blame game......and think with an open mind.

This is FALSE information!

told him to call NHSP.
The neighbor wife said something to Wini who called Fred!
In the mean time CW had gone to the police!
Read the articles as well.
This information came directly from someone involved!

NH has just been named ( in the last few days) the safest state (least crime, least murder, least violent assaults) of all 50 states.

You are grasping at straws and dancing around my question.
There should be one less person that according to you and saturnus committed a heinous crime since you both seem to know who it is.
Once again I'll ask you to please answer the questions or admit it's a bunch of BS once again.

This morning I awake, and read the usual bashing of one another, and now see poor Maura is accused of possibily sleeping around, perhaps she is a kleptomaniac, suffering from mental illness, and what terrible people we were on the MMM forum for seeking the truth from an untruthful witnesses, and that no bad happens in Haverhill. WOW!.
Peri,
I think "accused" is a strong word that isn't necessary. We are trying to come up with ANYTHING that could solve this, throwing out ideas outside of the box, whatever. When someone writes a thought or idea they may have as to why Maura left the way she did; or why she is missing, it's not to accuse her, it's to help find her.
This whole thing is so damn secretive - more so than any other missing persons case I've read about - if we didn't continue talking about possibilities, any possibilities, what the heck would we talk about?
To "accuse" would mean "to blame"...that's not what we're doing.

Not their faults she decided to lock that car and walk away! You can not continue to punish us for someting she did.
Call what you want the fact is after speaking with her Father she started looking for directions. She loaded her car and took out
money and brought booze! All things we KNOW SHE DID! Call bashing if you must but it's the FACTS!
Rather you like it or not! Maura set this in motion!
Sadly like all the other missing person's cases
this probably wouldn't be being discussed like this case is! The family started the website right wrong or indifferent people have opinions and have shared them!
People are not bashing Maura and the Family anymore than the neighbors who came to help!

CONSIDER: Jennifer Kesse
Tara Grinstead
Brooke Wilberger

Three young women who were plucked out of their homes, condo parking lots, plucked out of their daily lives, plucked out of their daily routines. These young women had no pre-history of bizarre behaviour, meltdowns etc. They did not bizarrely drive a barely functioning car to a far off place on the Monday of a school week at the beginning of a new semester. Maura case is so very different from that of other missing young women.

What's the punishment....... death?
Not exactly. First you are correct that it isnít a written law in any of the 50 states anymore. And the punishment had nothing really to do with the person who committed suicide. I actually didnít realize that I had to write that as it would have seemed fairly obvious to most. But still ďin some U.S. states, suicide is still considered an unwritten "common law crime," that is, a crime based on the law of old England as stated in Blackstone's Commentaries.(So held the Virginia Supreme Court in Wackwitz v. Roy in 1992.) As a common law crime, suicide can bar recovery for the family of the suicidal person in a lawsuit unless the suicidal person can be proven to have been "of unsound mind." That is, the suicide must be proven to have been an involuntary, not voluntary, act of the victim in order for the family to be awarded money damages by the court. This can occur when the family of the deceased sues the caregiver (perhaps a jail or hospital) for negligence in failing to provide appropriate care.Ē

It also doesnít mean that an officer cannot force someone into custody because even thoughts of suicide. I have taken many a person to the hospital that the officer had given the choice to either ride to the hospital or go to jail because of suicidal thoughts. As an EMT I can have a doctor order a patient into my custody with police assistance if they donít want to go.

In any disappearance were suicide could have been the outcome an investigation would be needed and it would be treated as a criminal act until determined otherwise, likely by the pathologist or the coroner.

Suicide in most states (all?) in the U.S. is a criminal act. So it is not out. Treating something like a crime may just be proactive. i.e. Considering it a crime until proven otherwise. Just like may unattended deaths are treated as a crime until determination is made otherwise. Iím sorry but that really isnít proof of anything.

Now please cite examples.

I agree.
We are merely questioning the "facts" that we had been force fed for 4.5 years on the previous tightly controlled forums.

Questioning the officially authorized party line in any authoritarian or fascist state is always frowned upon and often as in this case greeted with rage.

I haven't heard of anyone from the AG's office or any LE agency stating that the the guilty party is known to them.
You and saturnus have stated that fact though.
Did you report this to Strelzin or the NHSP so they can arrest the guilty party and close this case??? If the person is known to you then why are we still here on this forum talking about it???
Why don't you just answer the damn question instead of dancing around it and throwing out more BS?
