Just wondering who you called to check before posting this??
DWI are published in police logs in lots of papers.
Do you honest believe if he had been arrested twice on DWI charges that information wasn't forward to his Bosses?
If he had any charges pending for anything he
would be leave!
Where does the common sense go on this stuff?
Every charge is public knowledge and easily verified!

FireCat I would just like to make one other point with EVIDENCE Weeper please comfirm if you have seen photographs from the night of the accident please.

I have seen them so I know they are in the police report so for WEEPER TO STATE THE DAMAGE WAS NOT DONE THAT NIGHT IS NOT FACT because he can only
go on the FACT of the PHOTOS YEARS LATER SHOW CORRECT and state his own opinion not FACT no lab
results conducted not photos right after the accident used! It is an opinion of someone via
PHOTOS of the damage to that car!

This is miss leading to people.

It needs to be clear that what is in REPORTS via
photographs,reports,ect for night one is not that
of what people are finding 4 years later.

For those us who have read up on while the spins
guess what there evidence THAT SUPPORTS THAT not
some PI's personal opinion! Thank You I will continue to go with supported FACTS!

Mr. Murray spent a lot of time and money on lawyers requesting copies of the photos/reports and has been denied.

LE has not communicated with him about the progess of Maura's investigation in years!

Don't you think it is a real slap in the face to the Murray family, you spewing/frothing at the mouth about seeing reports, photos, etc.

It shed's a piss poor light on the ethics and professionalism of LE on a local level. NHSP sure isn't talking!!

I wrote this whole big post, and never got posted, argh. Anyway,

I have been following this disappearance since it happened, have been on the MMM board until it was taken down, and think about Maura and what her family is going through all the time, first thought when I wake up and last before I go to sleep, I’m a Mom, so it hits home and I can’t imagine the pain they must be in. My heart and thoughts and hope that they find the murderer is always with them, even though they don’t know it.

I wanted to share a couple of thoughts I had so that maybe some of you fine folks could shed light on them? Isn’t it painfully obvious that the person that committed this crime is a LE person? How else in the world would that one particular evil person that wants to cause harm to a human being be exactly at the right place at the right time to abduct them? Come on! I think they heard it on a radio dispatch of some sort, a reporting so that they knew where to go and when. I am also of the belief that SBD knew what was going on and although I don’t believe he did it per se, I think he went there immediately knowing someone else was coming along right away to take her. I think he was waiting in that bus and he saw what was happening. Also I know this is a Maura topic, but doesn’t it seem odd that Molly Bish was taken just when someone (patrolling the area at the beach?) knew she might be arriving for work that morning? Also Brianna, right place at the exact right time when her car crashes or someone following, pulling her over, even pushing her car into that abandoned house? All leading to a belief by me that it was a LE person doing the pushing, tapping, abducting, whatever else of these three women?

Then a cover up – how else could evidence get so horribly botched? There wasn’t enough time that night for Maura to have gone to a party or a bar, who does that at 5:00 at night? According to the timeline there wasn’t enough time from when she left Amherst. Just my thoughts, but I’ve wanted to share them for awhile. I guess if anything ever happened to my child I would die, so I think about this a lot.

by the way, I just got back from Franconia, and yes, I will agree, the roads are confusing, the signs often don't make sense, and it would be easy to veer off the road around a turn you aren't familiar with. I can imagine that happening

hi Whitewash and all.the accident reconstruction people agreed that the damage to the saturn was not done where it was found.i dont' recall anyone saying the damage was not done that night only that it was done within a few miles of where the saturn was found.as for the photpgraphs. where they taken because of the search warrant request were they taken because something was found at Lavoies. Is it normal to photograph abandoned vehicles in N.H.welcome Laurieisgone .take care Philip

Can someone point out which post talks about the Maura sighting at the store? Everytime I read a post from Gymeabrk it says that he/she will post the specifics in a later post, but I can't find that 'later post'. I must just be missing it. sorry if I'm duplicating this post 400 times, but it seems a lot depends on that sighting. changes a lot. But don't know any specifics about it.

Are you sure you've seen photo's from the night the car was found or have you been duped into thinking the Bernie Marvin photo's were taken that night?

Obviously, Sgt. Smith never filled out the accident report until, I believe, February 15th of 2004.

What credentials do you hold that would allow you access to original photos in an ongoing investigation? Are you LE?

hi Bill and all.i dont know for certain either but i am thinking if time had passed before someone examined where the saturn was found it would have been tough to find anything.i think i remember reading that basically , pieces were missing from the saturn that i assume should have been there on the ground or in the snow, were not there .my personal feeling is if the pieces were not there where are they.are they in the ditch within a few miles of the accident.wow its friday and almost nobody is fighting here .take care philip

This is what Gymeabrk said in her post yesterday...just copied and paste it again

Approx. the second week of June 06 I picked up my Grandson at school in Manchester. It takes me approx. 55 minutes to arrive at the Cumberland Farms store. I would say I was there around 3:15 pm.

The line at the store was the longest I have ever seen it. Maura and this man was next in line behind me and my Grandson. My Grandson asked me about some candy on the rack and as I bent down to answer him in the corner of my eye I thought Maura mouthed "Help me". I raised up and looked at her. I had to remove my glasses as I cannot se close with them on.

Maura just looked at me with no facial expression. She was wearing a slate blue cotton jersey with jeans. She was a little taller than me and I am 5'6". I did not take notice of her shoes. Her hair was the same as in her missing poster. She wore no jewelry that I could notice. Her arms were crossed in front of her at her waist. She was very thin. I thought to myself I know this girl. I did not speak to them and please forgive this reason but it is as it is. I had all my teeth removed and have dentures. The bottom ones were not in as they did not fit correctly. I cannot speak clearly with these dam things and it is embarassing and humilitating (SP) for me. So I said nothing. I then turned to the man. He was about 5'9". Guessing at his age only I would say 58 and up. He had a little part of his body directly behind Maura and close. He has totally gray white thick hair approx. 3" long, all combed straight back and cut at the nape of the neck. If he had any sideburns,they were short or also combed back. He has a large head, nose, chin and ears. As I did not for some reason want to keep looking him straight in the eyes, I would say his eyes are light blue-gray. He must have had light body hair as I do not like thick body hair and I would immediately noticed. He was wearing a white T-shirt with the ivory painters pants with the bib. They were spotless. NO dirt or paint. His arms, shoulders and chest were strong looking. Not bodybuilding kind. His skin was very light like it nevers sees the sun. Under his eyes were the U shape bags, not puffy but flat. I did not take notice of his shoes. His weight is approx. 180+. Most likely higher. I'm not good at guessing weight. He also had his arms folded together at the front waist. He had feminine (SP) looking hands. No tatoos that I could see.

Why did Maura not yell out who she was? Well, I have no answer for that. I did not know who she was at the time. I left only because at the time I thought I must be mistaken because she said nothing and signaled nothing.

Shack said a while back that menstrual blood was found in the A-frame house. IIRC the cadaver dogs reacted in a closet and in an upstairs bedroom. Not sure of this. Later, we were told, "Oh, it was just related to clothes in a hamper." Uhhhhh ---- if it wasn't related to clothes in a hamper (maybe someone posted this to "undo" the statement) then this is a big deal --- like a female held hostage for while on the floor/carpet.

Looking at the posts for the last 24 hours it seems like at least one poster thinks the PI Team is posting things to "get something back" from us or others out there? So this (sporadic, varied, and inconsistent info) is really just a fishing expedition by LE and PIs?

I´ve been re-checking some of the photos posted on the MMM site.

There is one interesting picture of the former house of the SBD (Mr A-d) at the junction of Rte 112 and Bradley Hill Road, Swiftwater.

Judging from this picture it would seem quite impossible to find enough space to park two schoolbuses next to each other on the space available along Rte 112.

If the schoolbus-driving live-in girlfriend of the Mr A-d had in fact parked "her" schoolbus in this spot prior to the SBD arriving home after having presumably spoken with Maura (?)-
well, if so it looks as if the SBD would have had to reverse "his" schoolbus further into his yard to find a spot where to park it.

Does anyone here know whether the schoolbus of the live-in girlfriend was actually parked along Rte 112 before Mr A-d arrived back home after having stopped by the Saturn?

Euro they did not park the buses next to each other. One was always parked on the bus drivers property pararell to 112 with the front of the bus facing west. The other bus was always backed into the property with the front of the bus facing 112.

White Wash is there any possible way you can put the photos from the police report on topix. so we can view them?

Ok this seems like a good question. I don't know the answer but I just want to make sure I understand the implications of it - etc.

So Euro - please tell me here where I have it wrong, if I do. One problem is that I can't find the picture you are refering to - but I know I probably don't know where to look.

Anyway - I quoted Weeper about the buses up there.

Are you saying either:

1. That it appears possible, based on what you see in the picture (but you want a second opinion)- that two busses could not park together there *at all*?

Or

2. That it appears possible, based on what you see in the picture (but you want a second opinion)- if one bus was already parked in the usual spot - the second bus would have to be parked in a time consuming manner to fit in its usual place - so it would be more reasonable in an emergency to park the second bus near the outbuilding (or some other reason that is actually not unusual)?

or

3. Something else (and I didn't get it)- that either (supports and enhances) or (contradicts) what Weeper said.
