I am holding out for the photographs taking that night! I do hope they are as good as mine! When I went for my interview with Chief Williams he was looking through one of the three large files they have on Maura's case. During this time I noticed what appreared to be photographs and asked if those where from the night of the accident "he said yes" I asked if I could look at them? "No". I asked if that was SOP for photographs to be taken!"Yes" I asked if Sgt. Smith noted any damage from that night to it being searched "No". What is SOP for accidents?Fire is always requested? "Yes" can HPD turn Fire back? "No" only the Fire Captain can turn a company around. So for all those jumping up and down that I had performed some illegal action calm "your bad selves down". All information obtain was directly from Chief Williams that he would tell anyone else who wanted to publish comfirmed information on the accident that was not pertaining to the investigation. FireCat wrote: <quoted text> Sadly, if memory serves me, you're going to have to keep holding out--are these among the documents that AREN'T able to be released? May I ask, are you the one who took those photos?(I don't know how that stuff works up there in NH)

hi all.White Wash ,who was the fire captain that night.do the pictures you have show the same damage as the ones on the MMM site.was the saturn found further toward mrAtwoods former home and if so why are the blue ribbons in the wrong place.if the saturn was found after the bend in the road could this mean that the bend in the road had nothing to do with the accident. I still dont know which gallery Maura worked at.i can only assume that this is just one more thing in Mauras prior life which may connect to why she left Amherst and her prior life.take care philip

Whiston, Fire Captain was and is Brad Kennedy. I do not personally have photos from the accident site! The ones I saw where property of HPD where the Chief comfirmed photos of tire tracks into the set of trees and others that where obtain by them that night. Saturn was indeed found (chick guess) some 500 feet closer to Atwoods House and more in front of Mr. M's house. Not sure how that tree was picked. The accident did not occur in the bend and Tim Westman stated to me he found this interesting all others they had seen over the years appeared to be closer to the ribbon tree. I personally have wondered about someone perhaps turning to visit the M's and she cranked the wheel and hit the trees just my opinion. Whatever she hit was enough to deploy both air bags. Sadly lots of those questions could be cleared up but aren't by those closes to her. whiston wrote: hi all.White Wash ,who was the fire captain that night.do the pictures you have show the same damage as the ones on the MMM site.was the saturn found further toward mrAtwoods former home and if so why are the blue ribbons in the wrong place.if the saturn was found after the bend in the road could this mean that the bend in the road had nothing to do with the accident. When they were finished with their trespass business, the Greenfield cop noticed the lawnmower and I told him to let me know if he found the person responsible for the vandalism. I said I was not holding my breath. Theft rings have been common in Amherst, and presumably other major college towns, since at least the early 1960's, when my brother, a UMass student at the time, was a good friend of a major local fence and bar owner. Anyone remember "The Drake?" (Oh boy, I sure hope Willie's dead, cause if not, I'm gonna be.) I agree with the popularized version of Occam's Razor: go with the most likely. But the Amherst/Vasi theory at least, as I've said before, explains the most, and in the most elegant (as in math) way. It's pretty close to soup to nuts. All I can say about the art book, art theft crowd is that they are here and thriving and it is no secret in some quarters. Until I caught onto it more fully a couple of years ago, I knew and talked with these people at least once a week, often three or four times a week. The underbelly here is as filty as it is in any ring like this. Theft rings are not some unusual thing. They are real and they exist almost everywhere except in the Yellow Pages. If you live a nice comfortable life, you probably never know they exist, but exist they do. Who do you think the jail population consists of? The fences I'm talking about, just in case anyone thought I was referring to the fences of Robert Frost, are the ones who turn over the stolen property. I assume most realize what I meant, but some may not have. Let's put it this way. There is a lot more theft-related murder in this country than there is opportunistic abduction-related murder. I'm the last person to discourage questions from being asked. Legitimate questions are always wanted, always needed. But when questions are asked BECAUSE they are a substitute for answers, then there's a problem. All questions and no answers eqauls no solution. Just some thought w/ this post. Maybe there is theft related murder in the art world, but WHAT IF, this poster is talking about theft of human beings? What does a huge percentage of the jail population consist of? Everyone in LE knows.......... Offenders of women and children, that is who, NOT art thieves. The underbelly of the stolen art world is filthy? Hmmnn, maybe I'm wrong, but that's a more highly specialized theft I wouldn't think someone would refer to as filthy.......... The underbelly of the human traffickers is filthy..... His brother was a friend of a major fence (meaning dealer in stolen goods) and bar? He says there is a lot more theft related murder than opportunistic murder.... What if he were talking about human-theft related murder rather than opportunistic abduction-murder?.... Did you ever give thought that something is going on right under your nose and your usual thinking just doesn't cut it? Like looking at one of those pictures of a vase, but when you really look into it from a different part of your brain, you see it is actually two facial profiles?......... Could it be that someone counts on most to skim and scroll because it's just too incomprehensible to most? Is it really schizophrenic? Is it nonsense?

If you can write and think so eloquently, then you can also dedicate your life to more eloquence in a manner of living. Perhaps one should take her words from her last usual phrase regarding the loving of self, realize that all beings are interconnected and that by which we wrong another are we only wronging ourselves. One lump or two?

WhiteWash, Thank you for all of your helpful posts here, it is good that HPD took photos at the scene because anything after the accident scene would have possible danger of being tainted. It sounds like HPD Chief Williams was professional in his responses to you. Half Moon, They all sound alike to me, and it seems apparent they know each other.

If you had such a vision wonder what the SP had for a vision? So what is it that you expected here? I'm confused? A detailed report of their investigation of your call? Please help to understand? gvmeabrk wrote: White Wash wrote Judged: 1 1 Wow when I called the NHSP I spoke directly to the LT. I have received emails and calls back! "Rag in tailpipe" IIRC was actually a white towel from Maura's trunk. I'll bet the art gallery was one of those on campus, just like the security job was on campus. JMHO since a friend of Maura's also worked at the gallery, and historically (IMHO) many students jobs are on-campus ones. There are close to 10 (IMHO) aliases posting here by the same person, who(m)ever that might be.

Thank You! I feel the Chief has been professional with all involved some can take no better than some is my thoughts. Doesn't mean I didn't more but I what he could give willingly not so the case always. Thinking out loud! Anyone have a full size pick up with a tail gate? Just wondering the height of the corner of it? Always the hours spent looking at hitches in parking lots never matched but the thought of someone turning into Mr. M's drive way with a truck and tail gate down may match the odd shape of the hood dent. Square has been gut feeling. And the tree triggered the air bags. Thoughts people???? 1Anne wrote: WhiteWash, Thank you for all of your helpful posts here, it is good that HPD took photos at the scene because anything after the accident scene would have possible danger of being tainted.
