Reminds me of Welcome Back Kotter on the old forum.
What I was refering to, which may have very well been discussed previously. Was that perhaps she was being harrased by a member of the Faculty. Whether in raw pusuit or blackmail. It was brought up in reference of why she left in the first place.

For what its worth, I think Adam Hart had a very interesting statement. There are huge gaps all over this whole thing. Myself personally, I would not turn my back on the search for her. You all seem honest and deligent.

However, has anyone truely asked themselves why this case has gone nowhere in over 4 years? Its all hogwash, with the way the state denied right to know info. Meaning they know who, what, where, or when - whatever happened. If not they have an official idea of what happened. And it amazes me that 20 or so people would be on here trying to prove their cybersluthing ability on what happened. When you should be proving it on why the state has'nt come forth with all they know. Most of you on here come off as blowhards, really proud of yourselves and your pals. Truth is you know as much as the next poster or you actually know the TRUTH. Just sayin..

I agree 100%, and more (is that possible?), with this statement.

Any ideas as to how? What avenue?

Tony Cuilla the fixer? Jesus. Could you just freaking SAY IT ALREADY, Alden? I'm getting tired of this shit, and there is the LIFE OF A HUMAN BEING AT STAKE HERE. This is not a jigsaw puzzle or an episode of Channel 13's "Mystery!"

This is someone's life. Someone who is loved very much.

If you have a point to make, please make it. Otherwise, sod off.

Pardon my vernacular, but I have about one everloving nerve left, and you're getting on it.

There is decent dose of sobriety to your message.

I agree - that yes - we will at most, have less information then the government investigators.

However - we can come up with ideas and theories and have them tempered by the scrutiny of our peers.

With this peer reviewed brainshare - I think we can accomplish the following:

1. Investigators can look at the discussion and find out:

a. Did the investigation they conduct consider what we are considering here

b. If they did consider it - perhaps there are various nuances of the discussion that could help them

c. They can see the benefit or flaws of our logic

d. Obtain alternative opinions about the subjects discussed here

e. Perhaps take advantage of the logic we apply - and if they find it useful - test the various unanswered questions here to determine the truth, if possible.

**********
Another view - is that this whole process really hasn't been done properly - and we are doing the process justice.

Weather folks agree with either or both views - we all agree that the right thing to do is to try.

********

On the other hand - if this is truly unsolvable - any hardship the ideas we share here causes - has no upside.

To White Wash - I just want to say again I very much appreciate the new information you brought in from the Court House.

If you are willing - I hope that you will do more of it.

I had some confusion because I didn't know you had retrieved the information from the Court House - I incorrectly thought it might have been information that was suddenly released - and because of the understanding this is an open investigation - I started to draw a conclusion that someone decided to give us a bit more. That situation I think is a bit annoying.

Your getting the info from the court house is a completely different situation - and I apologize sincerely if I came across the wrong way.

IOW, construction companies like Lane and Tomasso have a lot of control over
cops' incomes.

Not to mention that if a construction company like Tomasso doesn't like a particular governor, they just bribe him so he gets thrown out of office and into jail. Like Tomasso and Key Air did with John Rowland. Not so different in NH. Carrot and stick. One of the carrots in Connecticut was a 1967 Mustang. The plane tickets were the big stick.(Plane company owned by best friend of very, very close relative.)

Firecat, I am sure that I am not the only one
here who says "Ditto"...

Also, sick of being fed dribbles of information
that really should have made known, without "harming the investigation", back in the beginning. In the "right to know" chain., family is first of course. Any "warrants" information would have been made known to family before us here anyway.

Question of First Forum people...wasn't it
written that LE....State/Local? had read
and copied xx pages of that Forum...?

Wonder if they ever check(ed) out Forum II or here.

Although my one post was stepped over last night, let me say that I know nothing about any of you, but I think that Mike, Tony and everyone from WV are trying to expose someone on this board. Go ahead with the peanuts and I am sure it is for personal reasons and the two people must somehow know each other or think they do.

I think I know who it is, and I think they know who they are, BUT, this is NOT the time or place to take a personal issue up with someone. Perhaps Mr. WV needs to start a forum about Mass Staties, and take his comments about this perticular member elsewhere! Anyone agree? He actually named the person earlier, am I the only on who saw it??? I will do my research and find the post.

BUT in the mean time, like I asked last night, is there someone who can wipe out the crap posts. Kind of like Craigslist, where you can just "flag" the arss#%!*s !

Nope, no reason to shoot the messenger.
I wouldn't let a guy like him volunteer to flush my toilet, much less provide reliable information about geologists who play our thing in Vermont.
And after John Connelly, no Boston feeb's gonna be a real plus.
Hey, you like my nice red jacket?
Adam Hartless - If you are in LE, it doesnt take much effort to figure out who you are attacking here..........even though I am just common folk.

Oh and excuse my earlier statement , it is not just the MA State Police , it is their local depts too, generally, except the obvious attack on one of the members here!!

It is getting chilly up here, do you need your pea coat, oh no, that's right you have your turncoat - oh, I meant to said Red Jacket..........

Are you staying in the Best Western when you come up here, oh no, must be the Red Jacket Inn.

If you are trying to rag on someone, just go somewhere else and do it. What ANYONE here may or may not have done in their past , present OR future, does NOT mean they are here for an alterior motive.

The person you are attacking here and I dont know each other, HOWEVER, they know you are trying to make a point and so do we. Well played sir. However, like I said, take it elsewhere. I am not defending your victim, I KNOW they can handle that themselves. I am defending this board which was intended for a higher good, whether you and your articles and fake names and ugly jackets care to understand. "......the truth shall set you free........."

Shack, if they stick around here, they will hear some talking, cause it seems we are being joined with some people that dont know how to keep their mouths shut.

I wish I had the time to befriend some people up there and just say, "hey - what do you know?" and then they just burst into tears and tell the whole story..........Oh sorry, it is late, I guess I was dreaming out loud. Goodnight!

"When you should be proving it on why the state has'nt come forth with all they know."

Sometimes in investigations - the police will withhold a piece of information that only the criminal could know - so they can get a conviction.

Tell us what you think.

This past weekend I read up on the young man who was stabbed to death by his friends in the Woodsville area.

The young man was developementally disabled and regarded everyone as a friend. This saddens me very much.

Well enough about that, there's a point to this post.

It was reported in the paper that the courts and LE have sealed the files on the ongoing investigation and are not releasing the possible motive.

Sound familiar?

Shack,

When you mentioned great article I wasn't sure which one you meant. I'm hoping it was the full article on geographic profiling by Dr. Kim Rossmo - 1998.

I will hope that NH will soon change its system over regarding the release of 600+ names and addresses of sex offenders only known within LE rather than being made public.

"By 1989 more than 20 deaths had occurred involving Domino's drivers, calling the company's 30-minute delivery guarantee into question. A Pittsburgh-based attorney representing a couple whose car was broadsided by a driver subpoenaed Domino's for its records. Citizen's groups, major news networks, and the National Safe Work Place Institute joined in the heated criticism. Domino's responded with a national ad campaign and with various tactics at the franchise level. One franchisee hired an off-duty police officer to track his drivers to ensure that they obeyed the law."

Actually you are incorrect. I do have somewhere else to go and am going to go there. I see you have taken what I have said to heart. You are now a productive contributor and I am sure your blather will solve this mystery in short order. I only write SOBs and essays. You say that though I think you read. Well, you might look at the words but clearly don’t understand. So continue on your way. I thought that you might be strong enough to change and actually make a contribution but apparently not.

I still haven’t figured out why I and others might be pseudo intellectuals? I don’t really understand the phrase. I am pretending, in quotes no less, to be a pseudo intellectual. Can’t I pretend to be a real intellectual? I can only aspire to be a pseudo intellectual. Damn! I wonder does this mean my mommy lied to me? And all those test scores, were those wrong also? I’m wondering if maybe intellectuals scare you. Maybe because they can see what you actually know and contribute. I wonder. Those are my thoughts/feelings. Do they deserve validation also? I really NEED validation.

That is why I was doing this. But creating SOB’s and/or essays is hard work. And I don’t have to shut my eyes to imagine. Don’t need the melodramatic horse poop. I can do it with my eyes open. That is why I would try to contribute. But, if you are going to contribute and it takes these essays and all too really make a difference and then no one reads them it makes me want to cry. Look there is a tear. Well no tear but it is a serious waste of time and I do hate wasting time.

Here's something I've been thinking about Sophie Bean -*I hope she takes as a compliment*
I think out of (almost) anybody here - Sophie is practically the most likely drive hundereds of miles, at 4:30 AM, on a moments notice, to save Maura's life.
Ben, buddy. Trust me on this. There are people who actually take time out of their life to get trained so they know something. Then they practice their skills repeatedly to become competent. Then they respond to the real calls for help and they do this every day, day after day in states all over the country. Volunteers in particular who everyday, get up at 4:30AM to help someone who they don’t know. They do it every, single, day. Any hour, day or night, regardless of weather, how much sleep they’ve had, how much yard work they need to do, etc. Not sometimes or almost or probably but always. And they do this for no money, no praise, and very little recognition. They do it to help and they do actually make a difference. The kind of help that you are talking about usually generates two victims. Someone’s ability to throw their life away to “help” someone really has no meaning. And if they are not trained and don’t have the requisite skills, then how exactly are they helping? Help, rarely means your “rescuer” dying with you. I don’t know SB so maybe she is LE or Firefighter or EMS or trained SAR or maybe knows CPR or first aid. If not those than exactly what would be her purpose racing up there at 4:30AM? To pick Maura up at the accident scene? Maura was long gone, just like she was for all the other professional rescuers when they got there when good Samaritans called. My point being that just “making the trip” really isn’t enough. And there were plenty of trained personnel who made the trip that could have actually done something if there was something to do. Didn’t BF actually organize the first fire brigade and volunteerism? Also started the concept of public libraries as I remember. Smart guy.

To those of you I respect, BF, JMO, lady gray, elsewhere, 1Anne, Wowzer, Weeper and anyone whose name I forgot keep up the good fight. You’ll have your hands full with some of these people. I’ll probably pop in once and a while but way too much work for too little return.

Well back to pretending I know something in other places.
