Also, I had forgotten that Nicholaou was still alive in February 2004. I understand that he was living in Florida, but he lived in the Upper Valley when those murders were committed - perhaps he shouldn't be rejected as a person of interest?

There are plenty of crimes, solved and unsolved, in the larger area which could be connected to Maura's disappearance. The murder of Christopher Gray highlights at least 4 people who apparently would abduct and murder someone with no obvious motive. IF the charges against this gang are true, anyone who crossed their path would have been vulnerable.

I'm not sure of your question?
Ford doesn't make a 4 door Bronco!
What HPD had was an Explorer and I believe
it was used when they got it and it was a 2001
hence the 01 on it!

It was auctioned off as most rigs are.

While ago I came across it and took photos.

Knowing the FD as I do can't not even image those
BOYS missed an SUV that had been in an accident!

So Weeper's Goose Lane witness would have to say CS was in cruiser not the SUV.

Anyone at the car would notice damage to the SUV.

white wash.......can you re post your post about what happened to the SUV....you know the one about LE reacquiring it?
Thanks.

Wowzer......
Haverhill minutes of meetings back in 04 tell of damaged vehicle and repair. CS lied about a few things in the few days after Maura went missing. These are facts and are the truth. He even stated he didn't go looking for Maura that night because he didn't know the area that well!!!...Why doesn't a cop know his area he works in?
Can you please give a link to where it says that the vehicle repaired was the vehicle that CS drove that night to where Maura's car was found?
I thought CS and BA did do a search soon after around the area so if you can also provide a link to where it says that CS stated he didn't look for Maura because he did not know the area I would appreciate it as I seem to have missed this.
You've made some statements and accusations but still it is only hearsay without proof.

Wowzer,
I'd also like to add that although I may not agree with White Wash all of the time the majority of what she presents on this forum is factual.
She recently posted that the Bronco was re-acquired after it was sold at auction and processed by LE. It was obviously cleared.
I'll be happy to dig for that particular post, just not tonite.....lol.
Please re- post the above white wash...... the same one elsewhere mentions here.

For some reason I can't find it......

Slander is the spoken or transitory form of defamation of character, a legal term that refers to a falsehood presented as true which could harm the reputation of a person or entity. Slander also encompasses body gestures as in the case of sign language. If defamation of character is placed in a fixed form, as in the case of a sign, published paper, film or recording, it is considered libel. In short, slander is temporarily uttered or gesticulated, libel is published or otherwise fixed.

You can't find it cause I didn't say it!
I did say that HPD didn't own a Bronco cause
Ford didn't make a 4 door Bronco.
What they had then was an Explorer.
01 I was told was the year of SUV.
So it was my understanding it was a 2001.

No, no, I mean, I don't care if it was a Bronco, or an Explorer, or even Harry's lawn mower.....
My point is.... your post about LE reacquiring whatever vehicle that was sold at auction.
Remember?
The same post elesewhere is talking about.
The re-acquire post.
That one.
Can't find it.

Mcsmom,

I did some digging earlier and found the post I was referencing to Wowzer and the one you are asking White Wash about. I quoted it in post #7635.

I was, mistakenly, given the impression that it was located by LE after it was auctioned and photographed by LE as well.

Harry - just think about this. Maura could be alive and somebody's captive, living a nightmare. This is about her and no one else.
If you do have information you should divulge.
You also said that one of the private detectives was on Rowland's payroll. What is the private detectives name and what leads you to believe that there is a connection?
Re the detective's name -- I think Harry is referring to RC Stevens, former Massachusetts police (22 years)who is now with a private detective agency (PSII). In an early article about Maura, he is cited as being involved in investigating her disappearance. Have not seen any mention of him regarding this case since that early article, so don't know if he is any part of the PI team Weeper represents.

Yes some actually say they did more than just joined a website!
They dressed and step out into a bitter night to help a young lady there have always been those that do and just those who talk about what those who did should have did!
I see my time would be spend more wisely wandering the woods instead of this BS!
Happy Bashing!!

Why would there be recent photo's of the SUV? I thought it was auctioned off several years back?

What the witness said is that they saw an SUV with the number 01. But did not see any one. They stated that the SUV was nose to nose with the saturn that was on the side of the road.

The issue is not the Bronco vs. Explorer. The issue is the "vanishing post".

Elsewhere refers to it in post #7563 stating, "she (WW) recently posted that the Bronco was re-aquired after it was sold at auction and processed by LE. It was obviously cleared."

Wowser refers to it in post #7631 by stating to Elsewhere "No need to dig for the post Elsewhere". Wowser then states, "Thank you for verifying the SUV was cleared".

I also read the "re-aquire" post ... not to worry Mcsmom you're not suffering from ocular hallucinations!

It was always my information that the damaged SUV was sold to another LE police force following Maura's disappearance. Isn't it correct that after being cleared, it went to Littleton White Wash?

The LE suv was sold because...... it had been damaged in an acc. on FEB 9th 2004 , then repaired. LE getting rid of any evidence that would link them to Maura's disappearance. CS of Haverhill LE knows exactly what happened to Maura. Look up corruption in the dictionary and his picture will be there.

Maybe Maura Murray and possibly others were wanted for their pituitary glands, or something similar. Maybe a really rich person (a runner or swimmer) wanted to live a very long, healthy life and believed that the best source was human growth hormone derived from living athletes - a kind of hi-tech canabalism. As opposed to the low-tech canabalism believed to have been suffered by Michael Rockefeller, the youngest son of Nelson Aldrich Rockefeller and half-brother of Nelson Rockefeller, Jr.

Some very wealthy people have killed other non-human mammals in a modern medical environment, as long as 40-50 years ago, in order to have transplanted or infused into them the animals' tissue or blood or whatever it was. There is absolutely an ongoing, thriving, and lucrative trade in body parts illegally acquired from the recently deceased. At some point, the two will be combined, if they haven't already.

At some point in the progression of medical science, some fringe element of the medical community, possibly with massive "funding," is going to cross a line none of the general public would ever believe possible. There is no reason to think that line has not already been crossed. Possibly with the assistance of someone with access to a very large pool of medical records.

Yes this is what I said.
I personally have photographs of the rig
not LE.
Whew!
Are we all on the same page with this now?
Thanks

I want to be clear on one other point
the Goose Lane Witness states it was
a Bronco. Ford doesn't make a 4 door
Bronco it was an Explorer and it
has been located since being sold
at auction and photograph so I would
personally rule out Smith hitting the
car but that is my opinion,
