I'm off to make a cell phone call that will never exist on any network phone record ever anywhere. Even if police search for the exact number that I'm going to call.

I'm hoping that it has to do with the age and decomp level of the fluids.(though most untrained working dogs are notorious crotch-sniffers, I'm kind of thinking that's a nonissue with a working scent dog, LOL!)

I was stunned when that info came from Shack, but IIRC Weeper confirmed it, and I trust both of them--Shack personally and Weeper professionally as well.

Thanks for the reply, elsewherebriefly. Not to split hairs, but while I realize that the police officer states the air bags deployed, the testimony of the school bus driver seems to indicate the air bags were not (described in #9217). This discrepancy raises the specter of another scenario between the accident and the arrival of the police.

There are so many conflicting reports and different scenerios that happened that night that it is impossible to tell fact from fiction at this point in time IMO. My guess would be that his wife made that statement after CS came and asked the SBD where the driver was.

This whole time I was thinking something is very strange that maura drove all the way to haverhill and did not make one phone call...and I dont wanna hear that "oh maybe bc she didnt talk and drive" bc being 21 and it being 2004 I seriously doubt that. I am the same age as maura and I was in the military at the time (in Iraq) and I remember clearly that talking and driving was not a big deal, even on post. Now that we believe that her cell phone was in Londonderry that evening it makes sense... she did not have her cell phone with her. Not sure why but no female is driving that far and not making one phone call along the way.

Also if the ping doesnt work that way then LE would know what phone number was calling her if they could tell that someone in Londonderry was calling her

Thank you for a response. It seems that all of these witnesses reports are flawed in some way, or perhaps it has been so long that this is what happens over time:(

YES...I am a licensed PI. What I post here is fact if stated, if not I will say it is of my opinion.

Wowzer.... Witnesses saw what they saw out their window in THE DARK....what only til SBD went away....come on am I to believe this or what. Also CS had not been to the SBD house when she was on the phone with 911. They knew she was not there then apparently.

I interviewed SBD, The Marrottes, Westmans, plus several other neighbors who might have seen or heard anything that night. SBD stated to me that she was still at car when he drove away and the Westman's confirm this. Odd his wife would say differently.

Think something is OFF here....In MY Opinion.

I asked someone for a general location of where they stayed and where they were when they saw the underwear. Yes, I may have asked someone to email me , but this does not tell me who they are. You can use any name to sign up for an e-mail addy. The person I asked was Ghost and we know each other personnaly.

I agree that something is off. Can't see cause its dark, but knew she was gone? I am not pointing fingers at these people, but after almost five years and apparently being questioned to death about what they saw, it is odd that we still do not have solid statements that make sense.

Looking we are under a storm warning until tomorrow afternoon. 9+ inches expected says WYKR local station. WCAX said last night there could be significant ice accumulation.
Tomorrow morning will not be good traveling if they are correct. Be careful.

Are you sure...Verizon does require a PIN even from the cell phone.

Well I'm certainly relieved to hear you are licensed but you'll have to forgive me for thinking you were a little strange after your claims that guns were pointed at you when you pulled into the driveways up here.
Come on, you're actually saying this is a fact?
If yes then maybe you can at least give us an idea where it happened so we don't pull in by accident. You make a statement as fact then you need to back it up.
Also could you please tell where this statement came from from the SBD's wife? It's been so long that I forget. If the Westman's confirm that she was there after the SBD left then why are you looking at him as if he had something to do with her disappearance? Why would he call the police even after she told him not too if he was guilty of something? Somethings off alright but I doubt it's what you are trying to convey here. Thanks
