Her supervisor has the same name as Kelly Ayotte. Is this correct? I never noted that b4. I wonder if they're related. It's a small world after all......

By the way, there isn't a residential building on the UMass campus from which it is impossible to drive a car to the intersection of Triangle and Mattoon and back again within 20 minutes.

If someone other than Maura was driving the Saturn when it struck Vasi, then why could that person rely so confidently on Maura to keep quiet?

Is there anyone who could claim, without fear of being contradicted, that Maura was driving the Saturn Thursday night? Might not such a reminder to Maura suggest to her the futility and danger of ratting out the real driver?

Her supervisor's name was Mayotte, not Ayotte.

But the driver might have to hurry a little, an opportunity well presented by the intersection of Triangle and Mattoon Streets. Look left, turn 45 degrees right onto Triangle while accelerating, and wham. Don't stop, just keep on driving back to campus.

Whenever I went hunting as a child if a dog got lost my father would leave one of his dirty shirts and a jaket and the next day the dog would be sleeping on those cloths, we never left a pair of gloves! In my opinion a shirt or some underwear would have been the best choice to give the search dogs a good scent to go on! What is this another OJ Simpson case? I smell something dirty but finding the source of the dirt might be in the files that the AG's office won't give up! I would think that since they won't let the files on the case public they know who it is they just cannot prove it yet! So if thats the case that they cannot prove it yet it tends to make me think whatever happened took place in Swiftwater N.H.! There has been alot of rumors by some of the young people in that area but when it is asked if they know they won't say anything and act like they know nothing, yet people tell me they hear things about Maura's disappearance but no one has come right out and said who was involved but I sure wish they would! The Kids could be full of it too and just want to see if they can get a rise out of people who care about solving this mystery!

The Police might have thought the people who were involved in this case might have worn these gloves, you never know! We know very little about what where and how the Police are conducting this case either. As far as I am concerned if we can help in anyway I hope they let us know.

To the best of my knowledge, hospitals don't keep a record of all incoming calls, and Maura was pretty secretive about who her friends at UMass were so its been tough to contact them directly Even if phone records were not available, they would be useless without a statement by someone in the ICU who talked with the person calling about Vasi's condition.

Trying, but I can't find any circumstance where I would do so, especially if it were my vehicle that someone else used and hit someone. I would be fearful I would take the blame for another's wrong action and tell the person to tell the truth immediately, or I would. Family, friend, or lover, I can't think of a person or situation that would make ME cry and/or cover for someone else's stupidity.

And if Maura reported that someone else was driving the Saturn, what's to prevent that person from turning right around and simply saying it was Maura who drove the Saturn? After all, it's Maura's car. Maura would be defenseless to deny it, wouldn't she? How could Maura possibly claim she was not the driver?

That makes the rest of things make even less sense though. There were too many people she loved and was close to to leave them all behind.
