When the construction worker was questioned by NHSP ten days after Maura's disappearance he stated he saw nothing. A few months later he was overheard telling someone he saw someone running approximately 3-5 miles from the crash site and this good Samaritan did the right thing by reporting the construction worker's statement to the authorities. He was questioned and provided a formal statement to NHSP. He refused to have his property searched which seemed a bit odd because everyone else obliged. NHSP did find enough PROBABLE CAUSE to search his trailer at some point.
Pike. Hmm, he was the one who said that the area around the Weathered Barn was too populated for Maura to be victim of a crime of opportunity. That's when I stopped reading his highly intelligent and sensitive postings. However, I did catch his snide statement about someone coming to pick up his fat ass in Boston because he didn't own a vehicle.
I never made any statements about the SBD or the CW or anyone else until now.
I am a native of New Hampshire and I am witness to a grave injustice. Sorry folks, I am not gong anywhere and my family will continue to own property and pay taxes in New Hampshire for many generations to come. Given that I am 1000 miles away I am forced to look at the larger picture of things. Off the top of my head Troop F and Grafton County have dropped the ball on (2) prior investigations re: the Dow Murders and Gary Westover's death bed confession re: Barbara Agnew. In both of these cases witnesses were turned away so said witnesses went public. In the case of the Dow Murders Troop F was found guilty in a formal investigation of a cover-up. Google HB-1499 and see for yourself!
Suzanne, You forgot to add Governor Benson & Governor Lynch as well as the Attorney General's office and the Manchester Union Leader to your list. Although I am not a member of FIT I do not appreciate how they've regarded Maura's investigation.

JMLH, You've done the right thing. The information you've provided is of great value. I have spoken to friends down here in LE and we all agree that it sure would be great if more victims such as yourself came forward with information that could possibly aid in solving cold cases. Bless you!
I will say that over on MMM we spoke very little about ourselves and tried to remain focused on Maura. I can't say that about a lot of people on this forum. They feel the need to talk about themselves or other posters on this forum. Talk about ad nauseum!
NHSP & the licensed Private Detectives investigating Maura's case seem focused on Grafton County. Pick us apart all you want but this should tell you folks something.
Until NHSP accepts the aid of the FBI the focus will remain in New Hampshire! Thank you elsewherebriefly! To several here and you know who you are...after all the attacks on fit, ducks mmm, try to remember the 'the kettle calling the pot black!' A few of you belong to a site dedicated to bashing someone, I certainly hope it will stop over there, and not continuously brought to this site.

You have never tweaked your resume, just a little bit? My understanding is that SBD was an adjunctive police officer. I have no idea what he actually did say to this reporter.

Nope I've been self employed for the past fifteen years and honesty is what keeps me in business. Considering my accounts my INTEGRITY has paid off as I know it always will. Yes the reporter wrote in to an independent source, I was digging for information at the time, within those first few months of Maura's disappearance about how the SBD stated on the record that he was a former POLICE OFFICER for the town in which he lived in Massachusettes. GO to the first pages of the forum of topix.- citigirl is one of the first ones to post - someone I think who was a fake said they had info - she says she is a family member...... that is why i asked for citi girl. do I think people are paranoid ? yes.
