Mason,
Care to tell me I misinterpreted the NH RSA's again?
You absolutely did and it's been almost a week since I asked fred Murray to show us his work records. I assume he doesn't have them and everyone except the ducks now believe he has no alibi.

He's got some splainin to do, given that he has no alibi, has lied repeatedly, and been a party to inserting so many red herrings into the case.

I cannot imagine an innocent explanation for his gross misconduct and, until I hear one, I intend to focus my attention on him. He is the only viable suspect in my opinion.

Now, I'm working on his motive.

I guess, Mason, I will say you are a very good story teller! Your novel should come out well.
Quack, Quack.

That was just a little exercise for fun.

I'm writing a non-fiction piece that has nothing to do with Maura's disappearance. It's about cutting edge research into human consciousness and whether we are isolated biomachines or part of a universal consciousness.

Frankly, law bores me because it's too linear and misses the larger picture.

I have a news flash for you Mason on your purported excessive threats aimed at FM, actually this is an unverified fact, but it appears that your messages have never arrived at the designated subject. It appears the target was able to DUCK! Pretty FIT group.

Hmm, Maura is a missing person and her investigation is ongoing. Not only that but there is a $40,000 reward being offered.

Care to tell me I'm wrong again Mason?

Interesting Mason,

With all of your credentials you still do not meet the criteria of obtaining your license as a private investigator in the state of New Hampshire.

EWB,

I'm also working on a chart that list all of his inconsistent statements.

Look for the chart next week listing all of them. My format will be similar to 18 Red Herrings and should serve the State of New Hampshire well when it presents its case to a grand jury seeking an indictment.

If you think ya'all weathered the storm, you're mistaken because that was just Chapter 1.

The deluge won't be for awhile.

Nighty Night,

Fred

So you say, but I know you're lying.

You folks are only managing to dig yourselves in deeper to the mess you're already in.

Read my message to EWB that precedes this one.

This week has just been a mild warm-up to what's coming.

I'm not interested in a reward, but if there is one, I will give every penny of it to her family, except her father.

2/9/04 while on scene Sgt.Smith requests
GCSD to call the number on DVM Reg.
11PM Sgt.Smith leaves a msg on number listed.
2/10/04 3:30 Sgt.Smith calls Weymouth PD
to request a well persons check on number
listed on DVM.
Weymouth PD give Sgt.Smith the Hanson number
listed under Fred Murray which is Laurie.
3:40 Sgt.Smith speaks to Laurie Murray.
tells Sgt. Smith Ex's husband's car driven by
their daughter Maura. Gives Sgt. Smith Maura's
cell and her dorm room #.
3:50 Sgt. Smith leaves another message at the weymouth #.
4:40 Sgt.Smith speaks with Kathleen Murray who
is asked to email photo to HPD.
5:00 Kathleen reacheds Fred Murray via cell phone.
6:00 first call from Fred Murray to HPD is received and logged for all to see on the GCSD log!

And for those who yellowpages.com
Fred Murray in Hanson MA which is not Weymouth
you get The Murrays where Maura lived with her
Mother in Hanson.
Does that answer your question?

How do you know what number she has?
And if it IS Laurie's number, doesn't that explain why the police thought they had contacted Fred Murray, when in fact he HADN'T been contacted? Isn't that what I said last week and people ignored and/or pooh-poohed?
Oh wait. I'll just sit back and let people make my arguments for me. It's happened quite a bit in the past week.

"2/9/04 while on scene Sgt.Smith requests

11PM Sgt.Smith leaves a msg on number listed."

Sorry - but this is not clear. Here are my questions:

1. Were there 1 or 2 calls on 2/9/04?
2. Whose residence did the GCSD call? Or did they call? What time and date did they call?
3. Whose residence did Sgt. Smith call at 11:00 PM?

Note that Laurie's phone number is listed as FM. Maura's car is listed as FM. Following this logic I could imagine 1 of two things:

A. The car was registered under FM's name, but used by his daughter Maura - and the car registration was associated with a phone number at Laurie's residence, but was listed under FM's name.

B. The car was registered under FM's name, but used by his daughter Maura - and the car registration's was associated with FM's phone at FM's residence.

**********

P.S. imagine explaining this:

The DMV had a cell phone number on record that LM paid for, that was listed as FM's, but used by MM. Although KM sometimes used it, most of the time it was used inside a car registered to FM, driven by MM, the car paid for by LM, the phone paid for KM - except for any phone calls made by MM to SBD, CW, CS, JM or FW - calls that KM specifically told BR to remind MM that KM would not pay for. Frequently MM would activate call forwarding causing the cell phone registered to FM, paid for by KM to ring at LM's residence on a phone listed in the phone listed as FM's.
