I am sitting here on my screened porch enjoying the breeze, typing on the laptop I purchased for personal use, and surfing the internet in which I pay for each month with my hard earned money.

I work twenty hours a week during the evening hours.

Please note: Mason "aka Fred Leatherman" (and I do not for a moment believe that "Mason" is actually Fred Leatherman) has said "I am a law professor."
I have never heard Mason "aka Fred Leatherman" say WHERE he is CURRENTLY teaching law. Until and unless I see a verifiable answer to this question, I will not entertain the notion of believing that Mason "aka Fred Leatherman" is worth the notice of intelligent people. Even if I see an answer to this question, it would be followed by the next obvious question - "Mason, are you in fact the attorney Fred Leatherman?" the answer to which question would be immediately followed with - or better yet, preceded by, a phone call to the REAL Fred Leatherman. I expect that some surprises would ensue for "Mason."

Sophie bean, Mason is Fred Letterman. Let it rest. Also, why do you always go on the offensive with people who question FM's character, but always jump in a participate when defaming any of the locals? Why are you so interested in protecting this one person, FM? There must be a lot at stake here. The more you post your garbage, the more it seems that there is something that you are willfully hiding. You'd probably be a lot more sucessful if you weren't so outspoken. You sound like an idiot and you make FM look guilty when you get so reactionary. Why don't you try shutting the fuck up for awhile and just see what happens. Perhaps the truth will prevail. Well.......... I have to point out here. That there are several people - sophie bean included - that her employer would be shall we say surprised at what she writes.. and our professor too. two can always tango.. Make sure what is good for the goose is good for the gander.. You never know who your real friends are do you.. Just who gives out "who" sits behind that moniker. If you can dish out the heat be prepared to stand in the fire.

such irrational rage....misdirected....because no one can fathom the possibility or tolerate mention of Maura's family possibly withholding info./or revealing family dynamics...for a public inquiry into her disappearance.
it's painful to become increasingly open-minded and rational , but perhaps necessary.
i've often wondered....it has been stated that Fred Murray has "asked for" help in finding his daughter. can anyone elaborate on the parameters of that request?

Actually EBW I don't have a set schedule - I cover a 5 state area across diffeent time zones - sometimes I am at home - and sometimes I am at work... since I work in telcom - its a emp bennie I haven't paid for wireless, phone or internet since 1990.. Part of the perks.

Nice try to " spin" and try to do a personal dig rather than focus on Maura Murray.

I never promised - I think that Fred should answer where he is teaching. The whisleblowing event was not in WA state and had nothing to do with WA state.. correct me if I am wrong Fred - you haven't lived in WA for ?? I forget how many years.. its been away

I am saying that if you work for a company in WA - they too might have a whisleblower policy. I am talking about the whisleblowing act/policy. For example - lets say you worked at WA state company - Microsoft. They could have their own policy in addition to the national act. Most fortune 500 companies do.

and to clarify - what I was saying about WA state is we are at "at will" state. That means your employer can let you go at anytime and without reason. you can't go back and sue etc.. You are "at will". Unless you work for a union - which I do not. They don't mix well with sales. This again has nothing to do with FL. Trying to show you how the whisleblowers act is not just the one federal act that she pulled up. It is far more complex and varies from state to state in addition to internal policies.

Exactly which locals am I "attacking"? Exactly which locals have I ever "attacked"? For what it's worth, I think it far more likely that Maura was attacked by someone like Brian Rooney or perhaps Lovie Riddle. I am not "protecting" FM - I am saying that there isabsolutely no evidence that he is guilty of anything except being a caring parent. Period. That's all. I am not and have never questioned that LE should look at everyone in the case until and unless each person is eliminated as a POI - I have not and have never said "except FM."

Mason can say that himself. I do not promise to believe him, as I have no way of knowing who's who on the internet. I do know that if Mason claims to in fact be Fred Leatherman and tells me where he is currently teaching (since he has said within the last week "I AM a law professor"), I will call that school to verify that fact. A fact which is a matter of clear public record.

Wrong. Federal law protects whistleblowers who report abuse in their company. If someone can prove that they were fired because they exposed such abuse, the employer is violating the federal statutes.
