Dawn wrote: One thing I would like to say - WTF, BF and Beagle - who have done extensive research - or know computers VERY well. Have never disputed my information on the phone call. I worked with CDMA technology for about 10 of my 11 years. It was first done with a beta test - employees used the network to watch see how stable it was before fully switching off analog - which Sprint was never on the analog platform. Dawn, I almost misunderstood this comment. Reading it again I fully agree. I have 28 years working in computer software/hardware/firmware. I don’t dispute what Dawn says about cell phones and the systems. I can’t because I don’t know it as well as she does. I DO FULLY BELIEVE THAT SHE IS CORRECT in what she has said about the incoming call to the system and other comments about them. With what I know of computers I can also state that what she has said with respect to computer networks is reasonable as well. I believe that she does do this for a living and has considerable knowledge about phone systems. Bottom line, I would believe what she says about them. As with anyone I would still check (including me) but the things I know seem to mesh very well with what she has said. Bill

Just heard on the scanner at 2 pm est. BOL for missing Derby Vt. man who left Vt. to go to Mass. on 2/9/09 and was to return on 2/16/09. Described as 6' tall, Hazel eyes, brown hair about 220#, He is 25 DOB 10/24/84. Driving a green SATURN station wagon with VT. plate EPA 217. I missed the name, I am looking for that now. This was a BOL put out over the scanner by Derby, VT. LE. I will update when I have more info.

I think this has gone WAY overboard. If Johnny wants to email me - he can do that. That is his choice. You all have a personal option to PM and give email. I have only given my email to two people who have NEVER referenced it on either site. I REPEAT: I checked on F/M after he threatened to sue me. I asked Johnny - his choice. I REPEAT: I have never ever checked anyone's IP. I think it is a very sad day when Det C puts info on here that could actually pertain to Maura. People are fighting about IP address's. As I have said about the phone call - do resarch. I haven't yet - but now I am curious - I just might check out google on the topic since BF already told us how it works. Thank you WTF/Bill I appreciate it more than you know!! I have been on this for months and it just bugs me because I know its not true. It isn't possible. I have been more than willing to have an engineer talk to you directly - you can't fake a work email - its not a yahoo or comcast.net or gmail etc. I would not be involved this is clearly to validate facts. Also......... I am not a Beagle clone but I feel the need to use that line because I have been saying some things since Dec - and they go unnoticed when they are true. I do not have ill intentions and those that have PM'd me know that. I talked to two radio shows - I am relentless and I will get that song heard. I am still shocked that more was not made out of that song. Lots of people can relate - I can I lost a loved one. I emailed Nancy Grace. Trying to not just spin my wheels but actually do what I can to help. As I have said before - and will get slammed but that is OK by me. If everyone spent .01% of the time trying to get media attention - this probably would have been solved 5 years ago

Margaret Sanger went on to study nursing at White Plains Hospital and Manhattan Eye and Ear Clinic in New York. Shortly thereafter, she married her first husband, William Sanger. Kathy Nguyen worked at MEETH.

Margaret Sanger studied and used MEETH and that is why Kathy Nguyen, who worked there, became one of the victims. Guaranteed.

To ask/solicit someone to register on a forum with the expressed intent and purpose of verifying the identity of that individual crosses boundaries, IMO. I have minimal use for lawyers, but I do have common sense. I agree with your post. Your posts are always helpful Snowy. My take is this: asking someone to register to confirm identity when that person has asked you to help them prepare to interview the SBD seems reasonable. The person so solicited has the opportunity to do as he or she pleases in assessing the situation. Of course, I thought all that was meant by "confirm identity" was just "lets exchange real identities out of the public forum." I could ask someone now to do that for any variety of reasons. The other person's privacy is secured by the possibility of saying no. Perhaps I am overlooking an angle where the person may have been misled into revealing something. Just my two cents.

Please do not hesitate to PM me at the other site if you have any questions about the facts pertaining to Maura's investigation. I may not have all the answers but I'd be more than happy to assist you in wading through the muddle and mayhem. That would be fantastic. I would love to get insights/idea from anyone!

Snowy White wrote: <quoted text> Here, listen, BF. My problem is the content of Dawn's post. It's not about you, or me, or Dawn as individuals. Regardless of whether Dawn is able, SHE IS WILLING and states her intention to "...validate who you are." This, in clear reference to Johnny Bravado. Dawn's INTENT is a problem to some, though perhaps not to others. Johnny Bravado can rush over to the "new" forum to help her out...or not. His choice. I wouldn't. My choice. Here, Snowy and I, who approach the issue from different angles, exactly agree.

Ben, The IP address from an email doesn't tell you much about a person's location. For example, I have moved since I first got my email address. So the ISP that hosts my email server is nowhere near where I live but I wanted to keep that email address. I send emails using SMTP which connects to my email server. The email that is sent out does not show my ISP, it shows the ISP where the email server is (where I used to live). On the other hand, when you use a Web browser, the Web server knows (has to know) not only the IP address of your ISP but your own IP address (which of course can by dynamic if you are on broadband).

Yes........ If this was my family - I would have taken action - public forum or not. if someone accused my family member of s abuse - you bet - that is slander in my book. I am a go - getter and I would have taken action. Absolutly - if my sister went missing - without a trace - and I read the mean things. Without a second thought I would. It is mean and cruel.. And if you don't agree - that is fine - my opinion. If this DID happen to your family - i bet you would do the same.
Just think of a family member - who has had something trajic happen - as I told you before - my brother in law was killed working for Halliburton and you bet I followed that thru as far as I could. Dealing with govt is not easy. I can tell you that.

I even drove to Pinedale Wyoming to see them face to face. For the record of those who might be interested - a person dies there every 8 days. We don't hear about it - all for the price of nat gas - workman comp has not been changed since 1940 - spouses get one lump sum payout - 1 year annual salary. that is it. That is something I am proud of. He did not die in vain. I also think it is horrible to say mean things about a father who lost his daughter. IMHO.
