The most they ever asked was a driver's license. Beating a dead horse here - but I am from Wenatchee remember - so familar with Colville after 9/11 - I have yet to only show a drivers license and it concerning that is all some are requiring. I lived on the border when that trajic day happened the border has never been the same. I have also been to Mexico at least once a year since to - same thing..Oh well it appears some are not following national requirements and that is not a good thing.

Also firecat - I was not the one dragging this on. Fred even posted yesterday because there posts still saying I was "luring " people to the other site to check IP's and even copied my emails from weeks ago. I am simply replying to accusations/posts directed at me - with copies of posts that have since been resolved - I did not bring it up - and yes I am having the last word. Even when Fred brought it up to try to put it to rest again........ it was posted again today and NOT by me. diversion - without a doubt - heard this has happened for years and now I believe it. both what i have said are facts not just opinions. never lured borders - not following guidelines set in place in 01. alarming for all citizens.

Saturn's dent couldn't have been caused by the clamshell bucket on a backhoe?
Recently the operator of a front end loader/backhoe almost hit the front of my vehicle near the Rt. 112 curve either because he wasn't paying attention or had poor peripheral vision.
Presumably, something like this has been ruled out?

AMHERST - A University of Massachusetts student who fell to his death this morning from the 17th floor of a dormitory in the Southwest residential area has been identified as Liam O'Donnelly, 20, of Hingham. A sophomore, he was studying resource economics at UMass. UMass Amherst Police responded to a report of someone jumping from the John Quincy Adams residence hall around 3:30 a.m., said campus spokesman Edward Blaguszewski. O'Donnelly lived in a single-person room. The case is being investigated by campus police and state troopers assigned to the Northwestern District Attorney's Office, who have jurisdiction over unattended deaths. Renee Steese, the first assistant district attorney, said, "There are no indications of foul play." She would not comment further on the investigation. above from: http://www.masslive.com/news/ index.ssf/2008/03/30-week/

New sex charges AMHERST - A University of Massachusetts football player already facing sex charges in Northampton will be charged with a similar crime in Eastern Hampshire District Court, according to UMass police. Spencer R. Ridenhour, 22, of 33 South Main St., Belchertown, will be summoned to court to face a charge of open and gross lewdness, said UMass Police Chief Patrick Archbald. According to a published report, he has been suspended from the football team. Ridenhour has already been arraigned in Northampton District Court for indecent assault and battery, open and gross lewdness and intimidating a witness. The charges pertain to two different incidents. On March 25, police say, Ridenhour indecently grabbed a Smith College student. Ridenhour also allegedly masturbated in his car in front of a female jogger on Round Hill Road on March 27. Police say he later telephoned the woman at her home, identifying himself as a police officer. The new charge stems from a similar incident involving Ridenhour and his car at UMass on March 27, Archbald said. above from: http://www.masslive.com/news/ index.ssf/2008/03/30-week/

With the seasonlong goal of "winning Western Mass." so close at hand, the team might have been expected to be practicing outside on the home field. After all, it seemed to be a perfectly nice day. Except, that is, for the numbing fact that the players had just come from the funeral of teammate Bethany McMenimen. One week before, the 14-year-old collapsed of an apparent cardiac arrhythmia at the end of practice - a chilling scene witnessed by the entire team. Ever since, the field has been off limits. The first thing visible upon entering the school's front lobby is six cases jammed with athletic trophies, some dating to the 1920s. The lobby feeds into the gym, where the cinder-block walls are covered with purple banners. All represent teams with triumphant memories. Field hockey is a source of particular pride at Smith. The school counts as alums former Olympian Judy Strong ('78), and Kelly Dostal ('01), who became the national player of the year at Wake Forest... above from: http://www.boston.com/sports/ schools/articles/2007/11/17/ tragedy_and_triumph_at_smith_a cademy/

POOL CHLORINE HYPOTHESIS: Effects of nitrogen trichloride (trichloramine) on the human lung Nitrogen trichloride has been directly linked as a factor causing asthma in two lifeguards and a swimming teacher. [4] A study of 624 swimming pool workers found a significant correlation between upper respiratory symptoms and their total exposure to nitrogen trichloride. The study also found an excess risk in the workers for the specific symptoms indicative of asthma.[5] In a study by Alfred Bernard's group, two hours exposure to an average concentration of 0.490 mg/m3 of nitrogen trichloride above a swimming pool was found in both children and adults to significantly increase the levels of the alveolar surfactant associated proteins A and B, which indicate hyperpermeability of lung epithelium.[2] In other words, exposure to nitrogen trichloride was found to weaken the protective nature of the surface of the lungs. ABOVE FROM: WIKIPEDIA: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ Pool_chlorine_hypothesis What about Maura's use of a whirlpool bath - like a Jacuzzi - for healing? Approximately the same exposure as in a swimming pool, maybe?

********** I swear I have to Repeat... REMEMBER - I said REPEAT a million times. I DO NOT CHECK FOR IP"S I ASKED JOHNNY TO PM ME TO VALIDATE WHO HE WAS - THE REST OF THE CONVERSATION WAS NONE OF ANYONE'S BUSINESS.......... it was a private message PM. I never did ask for her permission to check his IP. However - he did know if he PM'd me it might come up. ONLY person to be offended is Johnny.......... am sure he has enjoyed this innocent fiasco - that was between Johnny and I - and he has not said a word. We have PM'd. And DO NOT KNOW how to check IP's. He knows alot about computers so I wanted to ask if he could let me know if this was for real. I am offically taking a break. I think this is not productive - I do not know how many times I have had to say I REPEAT - after I sent that one post - those go unheard - anyone ever word something or say something that didn't come out quite right? Well.......... I have had very valid facts on here. Things that are far and few between. I stand by the things I have said also. I do not personally care who any of you are - some of shared personal things with me. I would never repeate them. EVER. And as I have said someone could search my property IF the accident happened by my house. Tht is in every post but - odd that gets left out. I have never said I WOULD SEARCH - did I ? I said I would ALLOW it if happened by my home. So no worries... I am not driving across country to search you land... that is crazy.. over and out. If I see something that pertains to Maura. I will interject and make a comment WHY IS NOT EVERYONE TALKING ABOUT THE HEARING ? INSTEAD OF .......... OVER AND OUT

There really should not have been much of a delay in HPD's realizing that the Saturn was likely driven by Maura Murray, not her father. The parking sticker should have prompted HPD to contact UMass PD almost immediately. It was a current sticker. But if there was a delay of some kind, which seems to have been the case, is it possible that even though Maura may have been driving the Saturn, that the parking permit on the window was issued to someone else? Another student? Or someone else connected to UMass? Was the Saturn shared with someone else? Did Maura even drive the Saturn much? Was the Saturn normally parked overnight at an off-campus location, but driven to the main campus and parked in Lot 12 for convenience? Was Maura Murray the regular driver of the Saturn found abandoned on Rt. 112 in Haverhill, New Hampshire on or about February 9, 2004? Does the sticker predate Maura's acquisition of a driver's license?

To get the sticker he had to present the car's registration, which was registered to my husband and me. A copy of the registration was kept in the office that issued the sticker. My point being, that UMass would have had the same information as the registration in the car...registered to Fred Murray...but most likely would have the name of the "student" the sticker was registered to.

Yes, UMass would have had a copy of the vehicle registration. But Maura's father was not the student. The sticker would have been issued to a student because it is a student parking sticker. Correct? Only a STUDENT can get a student parking sticker, right? If the sticker is issued to a student, regardless of the vehicle's ownership, the application would have obviously pointed to Maura Murray, or someone other than Fred at least, as being the STUDENT to whom the parking sticker was issued. Doesn't this seem correct? Was MAURA the student listed on the parking sticker application? Even if her father was the registered owner.
