"I'm sorry that I said that about you without checking the source or having any idea if it was true" would be an apology, which has not been forthcoming to date. You are correct in saying that you considered it an apology. However, the fact remains that the party wronged needs to feel that it is a genuine apology, and I do not. Now, this is a forum about Maura Murray's disappearance, a subject which is clearly of no interest to you. Let me be the first to request that you tuck your little tail between your little legs and slink back to your usual haunts.

The W-Mans were working in their computer room when they took turns looking out the window. This is something I read and I just want to put that out there so as not to appear like I know anything here for certain. That said, each time one looked out upon the car, the clock was ticking. So I'm saying that some of the confusion is in those various time frames..... Someone saw this, someone saw that, and then the part about sitting in the seat. Nowhere have I seen a time element put on that. The person may have just seen someone sitting, smoking and then went back to what they were doing in the computer room. Or....maybe over to the person calling 911. See what I mean? I'm a bit stuck on this one because some people smoke even while they eat. I never did, but I can see someone being so stressed they lit one up, especially if they were pulling something off. In my heart, I think Maura was the one driving. I just don't know why a man was mentioned too and wonder why Maura would leave her car like that. Yes, Maura was brave and could run off, but where is she dang it all.

As for Beagle, well, he lives and thinks outside the box. He's one of a kind and I believe his theory is as worthy of consideration as any other because no one has figured out what happened. Even if his theory turns out to be wrong this time, given the sorry state of humanity, I have no doubt that what he believes may have happened to Maura will happen to someone else and probably in the not too distant future.
Slinging around words like Nazis and the Holocaust is out of bounds and contribute nothing useful to any discussion. I don't believe homosexuality, bisexuality, heterosexuality, multiple sex partners, open relationships, cross-dressing, sex changes, or any other consenting sexual practices are relevant unless they formed part of a motive to harm Maura or they figured in her decision to leave Amherst. I haven't seen any evidence of that and do not suspect that I will.
I hope this mini-war has now reached cease-fire status and we can move on.

I've been thinking there were two coaches with one replacing the other after Maura stopped competing due to an injury that never really healed before she got too busy with nursing school. Fred A male track coach helped Maura gain admission to UMAss Amherst midyear---that was an exception to the rul back then. I don't know his name though. Julie Lafreniere is the woman's track coach but I do believe she's been there for many years.

It sure seems to me that everyone simply wants to bring up the past in whatever venue they personally see it. Maybe if we try to put the past behind (we certainly cannot keep reenacting it) and move from now toward what to do in the future would be worthwhile. What can you or I do to further the search for Maura? I would like to see what some of you who spend an innordinate amount of time bashing FIT (what is that?) or MMM (what is that?) come up with direction that you state others have failed to produce. It would truly be a turn of events for so many bash to produce a new direction. I am all ears! What is your plan now?
