I am glad you brought up writing a book Mason. My heart sinks whenever someone mentions or even implies the possibility of a book about Maura. I understand that is is possible for Maura's family to register the rights to Maura's name, if they've not done so already, so no one can profit from her tragedy. Do you happen to have any sound legal advise or input on this very subject?

Ah yes, the one-credit class that everyone forgets they've taken until they're filling out their application for graduation and come up one credit short. Someone once sent me a birthday card that said "Happy birthday to the person out with whom I like to hang." I laughed till I cried. Seriously, Suzanne, your perception of me is WAY off. I even poked fun at myself last night after ending a sentence with a preposition. Something you obviously chose to overlook, since you couldn't use it to skewer me...with. And I also notice that you didn't choose to address any of the serious questions I asked you. Which goes a long way in confirming those same thoughts they explore.

Now that IS interesting (at least to me) because for some reason earlier this evening a thought floated through my head -- "I wonder if Mason is writing a book, if not he should be." Coincidence, synchronicity?

You have never asked me a "serious" question. Clearly I have been a source of irritation to you. I have already told you how I feel about bullies. Now if you find me annoying then just scroll on by or better yet just go sit in a corner and try to figure out what it is in yourself that causes you to be so bothered by me. Good Night

Scorpio is in May. http ://www. findyourfate .com/astrology /year2009/moon 2009.html Actually, we're both right. The dates you looked at on the site you linked to list the phases of the Moon. Full Moon in Virgo: March 10, 2009; Fourth Quarter in Sagittarius: March 18, 2009; New Moon in Aries: March 26, 2009; Second Quarter Moon in Cancer: April 2, 2009; Full Moon in Libra: April 9, 2009. Right now the Moon is a bit less than 1 degree into Scorpio after transiting through Libra since the Full Moon in Virgo 3 days ago on March 10th at 9:37 pm EDT. The Moon's position at the time it waxed to full was 20 degrees Virgo 40 minutes. The Moon's current position is 0 degrees Scorpio, 42 minutes, and 39 seconds. Since it was full, it has traveled 9 degrees 20 minutes to enter Libra, 30 degrees to transit Libra and enter Scorpio. Add the 43 minutes it has traveled in Scorpio and you have a total distance 40 degrees, 03 minutes, and 16 seconds. Remember that I said the Moon changes sign (i.e., enters the next sign) about every 2 and a half days. This is another way of saying that it travels about 30 degrees every 2 and a half days. Well, we're at the three-day mark now since the Full Moon and it has traveled a bit over 40 degrees. This confirms what I said in my earlier post. Keep in mind that each sign spans 30 degrees. Five days from now when it wanes enough to start the Fourth Quarter, it will be at 28 degrees Sagittarius 16 minutes. This will happen at 12:47 pm EDT. Check this site for the current positions of all the planets including the Sun and Moon. http ://www .astro.com/

I forgot to mention that the Moon completes its trip through all 12 signs of the Zodiac in 28 days. Divide the number of degrees in the Zodiac, which is 360, by 28 days and you get 12.9 degrees per day, or 24-hour period. And there you have it. Fred

Coincidence, synchronicity? Yes. Jung's concept of the collective unconscious that links all human brains is now being reformulated as a linkage at the quantum level. If only we could access it on demand, we would know what happened to Maura. Sigh ...

Honestly, I don't. Intellectual property is not my strong suit. Hell, it ain't even my weak suit because I basically know nothing about it. I have a friend who teaches intellectual property. I'll ask her. Fred

It's non-fiction of a philosophical nature. A portion of it will deal with the origin, development, and transformation of the resurrection myth and how that ties into archetypes. Sounds dry, but I assure you it won't be.

When I was speaking of the moon, I was particularly speaking of the FULL moon.

White Wash wrote: Odd the Westmans didn't mention the other 3 people when I interviewed them this is the first I've hear of others at the Westmans where did you get this information? <quoted text> To the best of my knowledge, there is the elderly Westman, Tim's father, there was Tim's son, and his son's wife in the house at the time of the accident. I understood that the latter Westman's were in their thirties. The Senior Westman was interviewed by a family member or a friend of the Murray family, and he did have comments. There has never been any indication that the younger Westman's made any comments, in fact although they lived there at the time, I am not certain that they were home, as no statement was made from them, that I am aware of. Someone will correct this I'm sure, and I am wondering if the source was Jane? Jane I am sure you will come and fill me in if I have used your name in vain! It is from Jane that we heard the comments from the Westman's that they stated to her that Cecil Smith made when he initially came to the door to question the Westman's about their 911 call, re: accident. over... thinking out loud WW is has always been a puzzle how Maura disappeared without a trace, near the corner of the Bradley Hill road and the 112 by the Westman's. One minute Maura is allegedly there, then bang, she is gone. Yet, two members of the household looked on from the Marotte household, 5 members in the house at the Westman's, at least 3 were watching sporactically, and then Atwood, that makes a total of 8 people within plain view of the accident scene, and depending on their point of vantage and eyesight, they saw what they saw, yet we really have very little knowledge what actually happened. What side of the road Maura's car ended up Who was in the car Where the person was headed Where the person went. Five years later That is the best I can remember WW. Hope it helps!
