Special crimes unit took over investigation July 1,2004. Appears investigation was criminal then. And as mentioned Fred has an alibi, and has not been identified as a suspect, or interrogated as a suspect in Maura's investigation expect by those who make it a point to victimize the victim. Yoy've changed positions from self appointed moderator to Doctress of Spin, and I remain a DUCK honking for justice. Ducks QUACK, you idiot! You're a quack and your posts prove it.

My son's friend didn't get his license until he was 26 just for these reasons. owning or sharing a car with associated insurance costs is a separate issue from becoming a licensed driver. i wonder how many young adults defer? from my parent/social network over many years, i personally know of only 1 young woman whose family dynamics have interfered with her completing driver's ed/required hours...and then morphed into a cycle of lack of confidence and fear of failure. with a license, most kids can 'borrow' the family car...rather than beg a ride or walk/run. i'm not satisfied that the driving issue didn't come into play.

Firecat I think something needs to be addressed. You have been quite awnry lately. This started before mason requesting fm records. I am not here either for a popularity contest or social networking. You have continued to throw insults my way - calling me ignorant - hallucinating etc.. Enough that other people even brought it to my attention. So I am bringing it yours. I was just going to let it go. I can take it - that is not why I am here and I am not going away either. I may only be 5 foot 1 but I have the strength of a giant! You want to talk about libel - I need to address the libel things you said about Beagle. You repeated them stating as if you were a dr. You don't know if Alden actually said those or not. Someone could have changed their moniker to Beagle. Now - those were libel and uncalled for and had NOTHING to do with Maura - just being mean spirited. I have let things go because Suzanne did a good job and putting you in your place. I would just ask whats up with the personal digs? This is not personal. I am here because Maura was a daughter, sister, niece, friend and by now could have been a mother herself. I do not have any ill will towards FM. Simply asking for records that could lead to more media exposure - if he has provided them - then sing from the rafters - we can help from here. Have a good day.. I do sincerely hope you do.

Mason wrote: <quoted text> This is really helpful. If you dig really deep into the SBD's schedule, you'll probably find out about the drive-by shooting he committed in downtown Haverhill while driving that big old souped up yellow school bus after dropping off the kids from the ski trip at the high school in Woodsville. He plugged 33 people with the AK47 he always carries with him. Then he sped back up to Woodsville and turned right on 302 and right again on 112. Then he got stuck behind a girl driving a Saturn too slowly, so he ran her off the road into a ditch and then for good measure, he backed into her so the trailer hitch he specially installed for situations like this would dent the engine hood. He tried to pull away, but the damn Saturn was stuck to the hitch. So he got out of the bus and squeezed off a couple of bursts that caused the spider crack in the windshield, reached through the hole, grabbed the driver by the hair, and pulled her dead body out through the hole super slenderizing her. Then he opened the gas cap and stuffed her body through the opening into the gas tank, replaced the cap, and drove to his house. Just before he got there, he stopped and applied his specially made super-duper vice grip to the Saturn, pulled it off the trailer hitch, and dumped the Saturn in the ditch all without being seen. Then he backed up, stopped, put the bus in forward, and rammed the Saturn head-on so the headlights would be cock-eyed. Then he drove home, asked his wife to call 911, and filled out his paperwork for the ski trip waiting for Cecil Smith to arrive. Later that night, the SBD, the CW, and Cecil Smith popped some cold ones, retrieved the body from the gas tank, and sliced and diced the girl's body into mini-burgers for all the neighborhood cannibals to eat at the Stage Stop during the after-hours poker parties they have there. As the Cottage Hospital staff was cleaning up the mess from the drive-by the night before, one old timer shook his head and said, "One of these days, we're gonna have to have a word with that mean ol' SBD. We been losing too many of our yung-uns. Ain't good for bidness, No, siree." Mason's version of "mind pictures" as we've come to know them....unplugged

I retired from practicing law at the end of 2004. I switched professions to teaching law in 2005. I am a law professor now. I represented clients when I was actively engaged in practicing law. I haven't represented a client since I stopped practicing law at the end of 2004 and I have no plans to resume practicing law. Now, do you get it? Do you want me to repeat it?

i suspect a few have noticed that over the past few days the best defense offered to protect suspected "privileged information", beyond the usual wall building and deflection, are offensive moves. nothing too effective, however. even if alibi/employment attendance are not verified in the public view, the questions remain...and open minds to probe beyond repetition and tail chasing.

Mason is only trying to prove he is innocent - the more push back the more FIT makes you ? him. I wonder if FM would really want these ducks speaking out for him like the have - as if he is not an adult and needs a den mother to tell him.. dont reply - sit back.. cover your ears.. maybe this would be a good time for the monkeys ? that is what we are hearing from the ducks hear no evil see no evil... they want to cover their eyes and ears.. but they dont cover their mouths.

FC wants to put "spin" as if SHE knows why she didn't get her drivers license. Come on. FC - most kids can't wait to get their license - especially since her birthday is in May she would have had her license as a sophmore - mine is in august so I had to wait until the summer before my junior year.. It is not the norm.. even tho FC will want to "spin" it that way. Regardless if she could drive at WP. Certainly would have been nice to drive during high school... not for FC though. good obeservation Sara

Maybe not a search - I thought from your secret code where the ducks words came from .. not really interested in the private jokes but.. memories.. it was the summer of 2006 - which I believe a search happend that summer too.

Snowy White wrote: <quoted text> unusual/flimsy excuse? obtaining a driver's license is a heralded 'right of passage' to independence. transportation is an asset for summer employment. i'm stuck here. Sorry those don't work for you. You asked for legitimate reasons. My friend Erin's carbon footprint is a legitimate enough one for her. A large portion of the population of New York City doesn't get a driver's license, because there's no need. Why doesn't that work for someone attending West Point?

Isn't that what I said last week and people ignored and/or pooh-poohed? Oh wait. I'll just sit back and let people make my arguments for me. It's happened quite a bit in the past week.

In your last post, you talked about some people having more access to information than others. Does talking to LE count?
